To follow instructions is not as easy as you think at first lost the bolt to steering mechanism into the moped interior luckily had two auto mechanics working on it that were able to detach suede panel to get scre out took extra hour to allow for rescuing screw then going on, just be aware of some things take longer than video shows, otherwise you can follow it. Mechanic engineers know best how to do the front wheel to get the disc brake aligned and wheel on. ... show more

If you can assemble a Billy shelf from IKEA, you can do this scooter. The instructions are good for what they show, but….. Front fender assembly is awkward. The rear shocks are both loose and need to be installed. I had to use screws from crate to assemble them. The horn stopped working on day 3. It may be a wire. I use my finger instead to salute people. It will do 60 mph with a 240lb rider. Fuel economy is about 40mpg. Has plenty of torque. Storage is minimal. I will be adding a rear trunk box to store helmet. The spring that holds the center stand fell off somewhere. So now I have a bungee cord holding it up. I cannot get hold of anybody from vendor for a replacement spring. I will post picture with the bungee modification installed. ... show more

So far I have no issues with this product. From the day that I ordered it until the day it arrived the seller kept me informed. It arrived a day earlier, the seller notified me of that as well. I refused to open it before my birthday, which was two days after it was delivered so my husband watched the video over and over until the day I opened it. When I got back from a concert , it was fully assembled, he said he had no problem whatsoever! I am still in the “break-in” period of riding ( under 40mph for the first 300 miles). I have been sick so I haven’t been riding it much. It came with written instructions and a manual. ( however the manual was poorly written and the printing couldv’e been clearer). The seller made it very clear that if I had any problems or questions that I could contact them. Getting it registered, insured, tags and title was easy. I am Happy With My Purcha ... show more

    • MOST CRITICLE STEERING CONTROL IIIII i
In the wharp speed video, from XPRO, on Amazon , The front wheel fork bolt that attaches the handle bars is NOT (S.A.E.) NOT installed properly. Note the lock nut is NOT showing any threads thru the nut, in the video, as It is reqiured that min. two threads show thru, or it is not going to stay tight or torqued. Mine loosened up, 20 miles, and I returned home with LOOSE bars. IF this happens, I hope you use loctite or finger nail polish, ( NO GREESE ON THREEDS ) , to prevent the nut from working all the way loose. Don't panic but , be cautious , if bars get loose. If that occures, its unlikely the bolt will fall out soon ,but eventually may, rendering lack of control. BE SAFE!!. I love the scooter though!!! ... show more

The issues: tool box would not open. Emailed back and forth with vendor for over a week. They needed video (which I could not send.) Jerry Bates was finally able to fix it himself with no help from vendor. The right side shock was not attached. At 300 miles I had trouble with the lights/horn/gas flashing on and off, again with no help from vendor Jerry fixed it himself. The XPRO X20 scooter came partially assembled. Very difficult to assemble because lots of the screw holes did not line up. The battery that came with it was marked the opposite way. Red was negative Black was positive. While riding it the first time the sparkplug wire fell off the plug about 5 miles from my house. Has to call friend and haul it home. The starter button died and had to be rewired. The sending unit in the fuel tank did not work. Had to remove it and and reposition it in tank. If you are not mechanically inclined don't mess with this Chinese junk. Called company and they would not answer phone ... show more
