This motorcycle showed up over three weeks ago. It didn’t work right out of the box. It also has scratches on both sides of the fairings, broken rear light, and odometer cable is not connected to the dash. I contacted the seller and they wanted me to get a local mechanic to fix it. I don’t have one close by as I live in a little town. I spoke with the nearest mechanic who is a little ways away from me. He said said he cannot diagnose the problem over the phone, but says if it’s one of those new Chinese made motorcycles then it may be a problem with the carburetor. That is not a definite assessment as he has not seen it personally and said it had to be towed in to him, fixed, then towed back. He said it may cost with towing and repair about $300. I told the seller what they said and they offered me $30 for my trouble. Then they tried negotiating with me on how much they will refund me. They came up with $200 and will not send me new fairings. So to make a long story short the seller wants me to pay out of my pocket to get this bike up and running (when it should have come that way in the first place) and drive it around with scratched up fairings. Now I don’t feel that is fair as I purchased a NEW motorcycle and not a used one to repair. They don’t seem to understand this concept that the customer purchased a NEW item from them and they are responsible for giving me a working un damaged bike. They do whatever they can to avoid taking care of the problem now. I’ve initiated an A to Z claim against them too. They contact Amazon and tell them they will take care of the issue so that they close the claim but then doesn’t take care of it. My claim keeps getting opened then closed then opened then closed. This is what I’ve been dealing with for the past 3 weeks. I still have no working motorcycle that appears to be just falling apart everyday in my garage as I keep finding things falling off of it or breaking while just sitting there. The issue is still not resolved. They are playing games with me and Amazon so they don’t have to take care of the problem. If you’re thinking about buying one of these then find some reputable to buy it from because if anything is wrong with your purchase you’re on your own getting it fixed or weeks or months on getting a resolution to getting your money back. Also, it becomes a dangerous goods once you fill it with gasoline. You cannot legally ship it back. It needs to be towed away. I don’t feel like going to jail for shipping a dangerous good across the country illegally. Even Amazon knows that. Buyer beware!!!

Had to fix an contact seller for new gas floater one that came with the bike was defective not responding had to learn to do it very easy bike to work on problem solved they sent me new part fast an now I’m happy but now my front signal light doing the same so I just contacted them right now through email an they respond but sometimes it takes them a bit to round respond But they do send new part of needed I broke in the engine keep it at a low rpm an they instructed because I want this bike to last an I’m new at riding but this is a perfect beginner or commuter bike very good engine I Max speed at 62mph maybe faster I have under 300 miles so far but running great also amazing mpg but don’t expect high power speeds like a higher end bike! Very happy with the bike just hope they send me that signal light cause it’s dangerous driving like that an I can’t buy that part anywhere special bike special parts it does vibrate a lot at high speeds make sure to tighten every bolt cause they might not be the best from dealer or after a ride keep your Rpms low until you break in the engine grease your chain an always check everything this is not a child or kids motorcycle be safe! Lose handle, pops out, seat wiggles and came with a hole in frame! Not a great purchase! Safety concerns!

So started up and drove it for a few miles. Speedo cable came apart and fell off. Drove around maybe 100 miles now I have a no spark condition. Bike will not fire up. Don’t waste your money not worth the hassle

I'm very disappointed in this purchase. I read the reviews first, but decided to give the benefit of the doubt as everyone's experience will not be the same. It did not come fully assembled, rides like garbage, and has 3 broken pieces, to include the clutch already. I would not recommend this bike at all. $1800 down the drain. The stand fell off while riding, the bowl fell off the carburetor and the fuel tank doesn't close.

Bought months ago... still doesn't work. Been in a wait 24 hrs every time you message them to get a reply battle and it took weeks of calling to actually talk to a person about my issues with the bike. 1. It was damaged by shipping... they wouldn't even send parts to repair the damage. Not to mention the rust it already had when it came. 2. It won't run.. sputters and the battery drains no matter what we do. The solution? Keep sending parts that don't fix it. Alls they tell us to find a real mechanic to look at it when I've requested to get a refund/return. Definitely not worth the money, time, or effort when it was supposed to be a brand new bike. Not a project. Save your money and go buy something real.

It’s definitely what you paid for doesn’t goes to fast just enough for a ride not drag. Has problems sometimes staying started and now the dialog doesn’t work for some reason have to get it looked at but for a first time rider and bike he loves it .. make sure if you don’t kno about motorcycle get it tuned before your first ride ..

Oh my this is an awesome bike. I have been looking around for a motercycle for some time NVR rode one and felt I was ready to learn something new. In the ad it says easy for bigginers so I put faith in that and purchased it, It came early, driver called to make sure of drop of point, title in the mail, very easy to assemble and very easy to learn on I am taking my time to get to know it and it is an awesome motercycle I hit 25 mph today lol very happy
