Literally my kids first time riding it the rear rack snapped off and the plastic chain guard broke off. The front of the bike is cracked , frame is all off centered the light bulb broke off , I am just very disappointed after spending so much money for the item and to be shipped for the 1st time using it breaks smh đ

Ran great for a week, then the battery died. Instead of using the warranty I bought one and installed, kept the kids riding. Fast forward to 2.5 years from purchase. Kids were starting to ride it less because it would run and then quit. I would be close by sometimes, but not always. They would kill the battery trying to crank it then we'd be back on the charger for a few hours. Meanwhile it was starting to become less and less reliable. Remote kill did not always work when we tried it, Headlight mount cracked and bounced around, brakes had a slight squeal to them and I noticed one tire had a very slight wobble. It was just starting to smoke a little when it first cranked up. This ATV has never been wrecked or rolled. Rode hard and kinda fast (I did limit the throttle), but has been taken care of from day one. We also purchased the Square Trade warranty from All State. I filed a claim to get everything corrected at one time and was told the warranty that was offered at the time of purchase was the wrong warranty for this ATV, and all they could do was refund me the purchase price of the warranty. I was on the phone with Rep, Rep. super, and I guess the head supervisor of Square Trade reps. All said the same thing, so BUYER BEWARE. This is an inexpensive 4 wheeler, easily 1/3 the price of a brand name mini 4 wheeler, and the warranty is a piece of garbage. If your kids happiness is important and you want piece of mind that they'll have a good experience, if you can read between the lines you'll know what to do with your money. We have a mini 4 wheeler that looks brand new and will not run and the warranty is not worth the paper I printed it on.

I will say when I filled it with gas, it fired right up. However, the packaging and care of delivery leave something to be desired. The atv is on a pallet with the wheels and handlebar removed for shipping. The box that contains all of the small parts, owner manual and battery was damaged. The battery leaked and ate a hole straight through the owners manual. The pallet and tab had a makeshift angle iron cage around it to âprotectâ the shipping integrity of the atv and container Iâm assuming. The angle iron was so flimsy and horribly constructed with multiple welds busted. The metal was bolted to the neck where the handlebars are mounted. The damage to the container was so extensive that it caused the neck and stem where the handlebars armrest attached to be bent about 30degrees to the left. I had to connect the handlebars and bend the steering neck back straight. There were also a couple scratches in the camouflage paint. I am disappointed in the care the manufacturer took to properly package and transport this item. I should not have to modify a brand new machine for proper operations.

My rating is because the company said they are going to send us the part that will fix the issue but I have yet to see it so I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The machine goes over the 5mph advertised and my son tipped it because of it. It's cute but too fast for my 6 year old.

It came with problems it won't start after 1 day use and leaks fule. Don't buy these get one from trCter supply coast more but better b I it. IT also don't have enoffe clearance from the ground.

Hard to start for first time. Ran for about 2hrs good then after that would died frequently and is still hard to start; if it even starts. Had for 2yrs and still fighting it. When it does run its good. We might of got a lemon
