This is a very nice bluetooth headset! I had to replace a different one that broke and surfed through so many reviews to find one that isn't over priced or too cheap AND with good reviews. I'm a skeptic at best anyway of the good and bad reviews that I find, yet decided to take my chance with this one as I do like how it looks. I can say without reservation that I am VERY pleased with this headset. It has a good range so I can be in one room with my phone in another. I do not have to keep my phone in hand or pocket at all times while moving around which for me a super huge plus! The battery life so far seems to be great, I don't have to charge it after an hour or two of use, which is huge for me. It is comfortable to wear AND the voice quality is superb! I don't have to repeat myself or ask the person I'm on the phone with to repeat themselves or strain to hear them. I bought another as a gift and the recipient is over the moon with the gift. I purchased this headset because since covid great portions of my day are spent on Zoom or MSTeams meetings, and this headset is the best. It's lightweight a lot of times I forget I'm wearing. It and I can move freely around the house and still be heard clearly. It charges very quickly and I have yet to run out of power and i'm usually on it four to five hours continuously a day. I use it mostly hooked up to my p c which recognized it immediately. No troubles pairing the device with either my desktop, My android phone or my chromebook. It came with multiple "Ear Buds" and after choosing one, I found it was the most comfortable earpiece yet. The sound quality is excellent, and it seems to mute the background noise more effectively than other blue tooth models that are more expensive. Pairing was a breeze and the battery life is exceptional. I'm pretty critical when it comes to tech working properly so I appreciate it when something works right out of the box! I used this product for work, since I make phone calls all day. It was very user friendly, and gave me good quality audio. I have had trouble in the past with ear pieces that don’t fit well, so this was a pleasant surprise. Everything was super comfy and I was able to wear it several hours a day with no issues. This bluetooth headset is awesome. Crisp and clear sound . I also have Plantronics and people tells me they hear me way better in this new one. There is some static with maxed out volume when ringing but nothing when talking or listening music. And music is also surprisingly good with this price point. I am tired of Plantronics. I had 3 one them and one disconnected frequently, one people can't hear me well and one completely died after 2 months. But still I was buying those because of the design ( Ear comfort, all other designs doesn't fit properly so cause ear pain ) This solves the problem. Really happy with the purchase. ... show more

Bought a pair a couple of weeks ago to work from home and pair with my cell phone. I had no issues setting it up. It works great for that, the sound quality is great for both you and the listener. Has a few different size ear cushions so you can find your best fit. Not sure if it's just me, but I get annoyed after a couple hours on a single ear so I just switch it around and put it on my other ear and keep on working w/o issues. The battery life is great, haven't gotten it to die yet after using it 3-4 hrs hours at a time. I just put it back on the charger when I'm not using it and like that it uses a usb type-C. The case is great. It's not hard plastic but it definitely protects it from any damage. It also has a small fitting where the headset locks in place inside the case. It does not charge the headset however so keep that in mind b/c you'll have to charge it directly. Havent really tried the noise cancelling so I can't say anything about that. ... show more
