The media could not be loaded. It does a good job. It goes the length of my pool which is 28 feet. The best part is I can drop it in the spa and it cleans the spa too. (attached is a video of how well it new maneuvers) it is heavy but I’m sure the weight is needed for it to do its job correctly. It comes with a hook to retrieve it from the water. I haven’t needed it because I set a timer for an hour run time and then when it’s climbing up the wall, I grab it and turn it off and then reset it into the spa for 15 minutes. I have a lot of palm trees and there’s been no problem with what it’s able to clean and pick up The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the app needs improvement. At some point I may come back and update my review. I truly hope they can get this app onboard it’s very finicky, I attempted to change the configuration to clean the bottom only of my pool and It won’t make the change. Hopefully they will issue an app update. They should take a clue since the app is only rated 2 1/2 stars and realize it needs some attention.     • HUGE improvent over the Polaris 380.
I had the Polaris 380 in my pool for 11 years. The best thing about it was never having to think about it. I never cleaned completely. The Wybot Osprey 700 is really, really great. The way it climbs and cleans walls must be seen. The results are better than any in-pool cleaner I've seen before. We have a 20 x 40 inground pool. It is running year-round. I needed something that would pick up anything on the floor and also wipe the walls. I don't think the walls of our pool have been this clean since it was new. The two rollers at the front do a great job at cleaning at and above the water line. Cleaning the Wybot is super simple and only takes about a minute. It can't get any better than this. The media could not be loaded. I really like the Osprey 700 Pro cordless cleaner. The more you use it the more familiar the cleaner gets with your pool. The battery life of 2 hours is perfect for my pool The app that you use works perfectly and was easy to find and download on my iPhone I have had it for about 3 weeks. I took one star off because I feel like you cannot leave it unattended because it can get stuck on my stairs and in pool seat. And today it even flipped upside down. So I had to go in to turn back over. However at the price point of about $500 it does a good job and lives up to seller claims ( except the getting stuck part. Again I have a small 16*33 vinyl in ground pool with added stairs and buddy seat that has a slope side in deep end called a hopper It took a couple of times before it figured out the slope and sides but now it’s doing ok. I have another week or so to decide about keeping. The turning over bothers me so I will see and get back to update in a couple weeks ... show more

Thankfully it died on day 29 of the 30 day free return policy. The power button was stuck and couldn't be turned on. When using it before it broke I found it to be pretty random. Although the description says for any size pool, it didn't seem to have any rhym or reason to the method it took to getting all areas. It would often leave areas untouched. I recommended a "corners only" mode since that is where most dirt accumulates. I am now a little leary of getting another automatic vacuum. ... show more

    • Doesn't Clean Edges, Ledges or Tanning Deck!
Overall, not impressed. I've given it a week, cleaning each day in the morning. It leaves dirt particles in the edges on the bottom EVERYTIME. My pool has ledges all around the sides and a tanning ledge. It doesn't clean any of the ledges and the water level is too shallow for the tanning ledge! It also doesn't clean the steps going down. It takes about 3 hours to charge and is extremely heavy to pull out of the water after cleaning. It always stops in the deep end, so you have to use the pole to get it out. The app is not user friendly, and the first couple of times it took several minutes for it to get going. Now we just hit the button and don't use the app at all. Nowhere does it tell you what the battery percentage is, and it only will clean the pool once on each charge. It has to be charged after EACH clean. pool is 16x35, but it only cleans the part after the stairs, so cleaning about 16x20 at 3-6 foot deep. ... show more
