The media could not be loaded. The cleaning pattern begins with climbing the pool walls first where it's stays most of the time then followed by cleaning the bottom of the pool, and unfortunately, there's no way to modify this sequence. However, when it comes to cleaning the waterline, the robot occasionally flips upside down and behaves oddly, as shown in the video. Moreover, the design of the basket is problematic as debris and leaves tend to get stuck between the suction hole section, necessitating the unscrewing of that part for proper cleaning. The media could not be loaded. Floor only cleaning mode is not available. My pool is odd shaped. About 15’ at its wide points and 31’ in length. The unit gets confused when it get’s to my swim out and stairs. (too round?) (see pictures) Sometimes, when it does get up on the stairs, it then falls off and bounces back and forth. (see video) After it does this, it quits doing the walls so they all do not get covered. Even if it doesn’t get on the stairs, and can’t figure out the round shape, and it will quit doing the walls. Gets stuck on the vacuum outlet on the wall and takes a few minutes to reposition off of it. (Picture) If it goes over the floor drains and straddles them, it get’s stuck and I have to pull it off. (Picture) Sometimes after it has bee running for awhile and is doing the floor, it will reverse off the wall, go a few feet and start doing wheelies, stops, and then reverses again. Usually, it gets about 95% of the floor done before the battery runs out. You can see a few spots that were not covered. Battery lasts about 2 hours, but takes about 5 hours to charge. Other than that, it does a good job of picking up debris and sand. UPDATE 2-8-24 I give their customer service 5+ Stars. They reached out to me and worked with me doing different tests and software resets and got it working better. So I changed my overall rating to4 stars. ... show more

The battery life isn’t great. It takes a considerable amount of time to charge compared to how long the battery lasts. It does an okay job of cleaning. My pool is fairly standard size, around 18,000 gallons and it takes multiple cleanings to cover the majority of the pool bottom. I do not have many trees or debris that fall into the pool either. The navigation ability seems to be lacking. I’m going to try a few more days but I’m leaning towards returning it. ... show more

It saves some hand vacuuming, but for the most part it takes 3 times to get our pool clean. We don't have concrete yet so we can't cover the pool and it's October. I would have bought something better if I'd known all of this. UPDATED 11/21/23 Wybot sent a new robot and it works really well. They made good on their products and we would buy from them again. ... show more

It just did not clean or clime the walls. I did try the float pads. But it made no difference, it you have curved transitions from floor to wall or steps it won’t climb the walls. I did call tech support. But that really did not help. So I returned the Wybot and ordered a new Polaris like I’ve used for yesrs ... show more
