    • Not efficient but excellent customer service
Got this and deployed it right away. After 2 days and 3 2hr cycles my pool still wasn't clean. Don't get me wrong, it cleaned a lot, but not the whole pool. The mapping technology is lacking. It looks to just wander around like my old polaris did. Maybe just quite not as aimlessly, but aimlessly none the less. Have a cap over my drain in the deepend. It got stuck on it twice or appeared enough to be so that I pulled it free both times after a period of time. The filter baskets are nice and easy to empty and clean. Just figured for the price, it would map the entire pool and I wouldn't have to keep checking to see if it was stuck or not. Doesn't clean steps, but I don't think it claimed to. I've debated on returning it, but I've used it 3 times. Probably be more of a Hassel than it's worth. It will still get the pool clean enough without me having to do it by hand. Just after this one goes out, I'll probably try something different than by the same brand. Update: Customer service for this company is above and beyond your typical customer services these days. Control box not water proof and rain will get in and burn up boards. As for finding a replacement I have not been able to. I can’t even find a place to get parts like drive belt. UPDATE.     • Super Effective Pool Cleaning Robot
This is far better than the cordless model we purchased. It has lots of power and climbs the pool walls with ease. For reference, we have a 24 round above ground pool. We emptied it before the charge ran out due to the buildup of debris in the basket but that’s to be expected at first. Pool looks great. The one thing we noticed as we unpacked the robot is that it was wet. We purchased a new one but this one appeared to be used. We got a decent price so we didn’t return it. ... show more

    • Great pool robot vacuum
We love our new friend we named Wally! This is a great vacuum for our in-ground pool. We tried a cordless one and although it vacuumed well, it took over 3 hours to charge and our pool is large and often takes more than one cycle to get it super clean, especially if it's been windy. We sent that one back and got this one. Some of the reviews say it's heavy, and it is, but not for what it is. We previously had a dolphin nautilus plus and it worked great also and was just about as heavy. I think the cordless ones would be great if you have a small pool, but with a bigger pool, get the corded one, you'll be happier. This Wybot works great! It's easy to rinse clean and climbs the walls to scrub the water line with no problem. Our pool is 20'x40' and goes from 4ft to 8ft deep. It can get our bottom step, but not the top two. The steps aren't wide enough. Our other robot never got the steps, so it's not that big of a deal for us. ... show more

One button its on or off. it got twisted up with the cord multiple times, not the best at wall climbing I upgraded to the next model M1 and thats perfect

Does a great job. Only have owned it a couple of months but cleans well. Only downside is occasional it will high center on a floor drain or the area the wall meets the floor. But overall best of the 3 I’ve owned
