We have an Osprey 700, manufactured in 01/23, won't charge. Spoke with the customer service team and the specialist team...multiple times! Neither would uphold the warranty even though I have all the info off the robot, the shipping address and all info except the order #. Now we have an expensive hunk of junk and the company will not honor the warranty! DO NOT PURCHASE! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I wanted to like it: it runs for about 2 hours randomly cleaning the floor, walls and scrubbing waterline (yes!). But: 3 out of 4 times cleaner suddenly starts “dancing” for long minutes as shown in the clip, or, until pulled out of water and restarted. Battery full charge takes 6-7 hours not 4.
