Had vacuums that rely on water hose pressure and to me they are miserable. This battery powered vacuum is much better for my 14 by 8 best way pool. One nagging problem. The vacuum. Is not secured very well. My snaps pop off and all my vacuumed waste goes back into the pool. I have used it about 8 times and it has happened twice. That to me is a high fail rate. The vacuum picks up a lot of the debris when it finishes the job but doesn’t get it all before battery discharges. I give it a 4 because at the price point it does good enough. But if I continue to have snap failures it could end up in the trash. The snaps fit down on a plastic lip. When it is full, puts a lot of pressure on that lip and makes it temperamental. ... show more

I like the compact size and the ease to disassemble to clean out the machine and the filter. Open it up take out the filter and rinse with the hose. It did clean our pool pretty well getting the sand and leaves, I’m impressed. My issue is the battery life… it doesn’t have the longevity to clean our pool all the way before it runs out and has to be charged again which takes several hours. It’s a great machine I just wished it ran longer than 45 mins… It seems like it worked better and ran longer the first few times and not so much now. I will try it again tomorrow and decide to keep or return. I tried using it again and although it cleans well it doesn’t run long enough and it stops before it finishes cleaning the pool. It does a good job picking up debris, we didn't completely level the bottom of our pool so it tends to get stuck in our footprints but if you stay with it and give it a nudge it's great...

The media could not be loaded. Let me preface this by saying that I was skeptical about this going in. It was mildly inexpensive compared to other similar products and that was a selling point for me. The instructions must be followed to turn on and work. When I first turned it on, I didn't notice any movement so I set it in the water and let it sink (after getting the air out). I didn't see it move so I was somewhat disappointed. I turned around to move something and when I turned back, it was gone. I looked and it was already across the pool. I was a little shocked but glad to see it operational. In order for it to clean properly, I needed to remove the pool ladder as it did get stuck one time. Also, it won't clean everything on first pass - it may take a few passes to get what it needs to get, but it will get it. Pros: It cleans and is pretty quick. It is very easy to clean out/remove debris and clean the filter. Cons: It appears to have a shorter than anticipated battery life, for how much it needed to be charged. For how much I paid, I'm pretty happy with it. ... show more

I've had Hayward vacuums that were great but the house is getting to be too much. I ordered this for my inground pool which has a steep slope. It charges in less than a half hr and runs an hour. It picks up finite trash, grass, seeds, dead beetles, EVERYTHING! Easy to retrieve with the included hook. Lightweight even with water in it. This is a GREAT buy! ... show more

I was worried about getting this. I am use to cleaning pool myself. This was a good buy the run time is 50 minutes it cleans the bottom really good. One thing I have a round pool it can be adjusted to work with round square and traditional pools. Read the instructions fully

Mine runs on full charge for about a hour. We have an above ground pool and it has an uneven bottom. Even filters out some algae with the fine filter screen. Hoses out easy and picks up a lot of debris. We have pines around the property that drop a lot of needles and seeds.
