Love this robotic pool vacuum. I had a lot of sand in the pool and it picked up the sand and cleaned the bottom very nicely!! Would recommend!!

The robot is easy to set up and the app is easy to navigate. Our pool is Freeform shaped with stairs on the shallow end. It did a decent job though you could see where it struggled. After the first use, the robot made an intermittent beeping sound when plugged in to charge. After looking it up, the suggestion was to check the ports and ensure the robot had time to dry out. Waiting for a machine that’s made to submerge in water before you can charge for 12 hours for 2 hours of running time seems like a design flaw. In the summer we clean our pool often and prefer vacuuming at least twice a week. We can’t do that if it’s days between usage. Unfortunately I can’t sacrifice almost $400 in this economy. I’ll have to return it for something that we can make use of.

Failed just after 2 weeks. Customer service hangs up on me every time I’ve called. Initiated a refund and Amazon says it will take weeks for the money to be returned to my account. Extremely displeased.

This vacuum picks up more than i thought it would! The only complaint I have is that You need to press down on the top door while holding squeezing clip to release it.

I would give him10 stars if possible. I named him Wallybot and he has been a game changer. My husband complained that he was the only one to ever vacuum the pool. Quite frankly, I hate that job! I asked him about purchasing Wallybot and he said no! Decided to do it anyways. I run him everyday.....my pool is an inground 20' x 40' and is a sport pool, 3' on either end 6' in the middle, vinyl liner. Wallybot is amazing! My husband has not had to vacuum the pool in two weeks. When I get company they have even commented how clean my pool is. I have Crepe Myrtles all around the pool so it constantly is dropping flowers and leaves and Wallybot has no problem with them. My reluctant husband even had to admit that Wallybot was a great purchase!
