This was not the case with mine. They arrived perfectly packaged, with no flaws. The craftsmanship is excellent. I was able to put them together in less than 30 minutes for both. I am not a construction gal but I did use a power driver with allen tip on the installation. It made it much faster and simpler and less pressure on my hands,

I am giving these barstools 5 stars for several reasons. They are super comfortable, easy to put together, one person can do it in about 15-20 minutes, nice looking and easy to keep clean. Also, you can buy them singly or in a group of two which was great as I needed three. For swivel barstools of this quality the price is amazing. I would definitely purchase them again and highly recommend them if you are in the market for high quality swivel barstools at a great price.

Everything that was described was correct, the packaging was really good... but unfortunately the chairs were not inspected before they were wrapped in the box. Its a shame that for the price you pay, you dont get the chairs "full Ok".. the packaging was great.. they came really safe.. for sure they were not harmed during the shipping... but the problem came during the inspection of quality when it was wrapped...they could avoid sending the chairs damaged ... But anything besides that... is good... the chairs are great, comfortable, nice high for your back.. they will last for a long time... ... It could be 5 stars but only because of the damaging, I will rate them 4 stars

Easy to assemble. The chairs are streamlined and sleek, as expected with mid century modern furniture. I find them to be a more off-white color rather than beige, which I prefer. The wood is a smooth looking pecan colored wood grain. They are very comfortable with just the right amount of padding and it’s nice to have lumbar support. The ring provides a good footrest. Love the fact they can spin 360. The arms fit easily, with room to spare, beneath my counter top. Great purchase!
