Delivery was quick and setup was easy and well defined in the included assembly manual. The units assembled perfectly and without any issue. The included pads and pillows were an extra plus with this package. Final appearance of everything was awesome and the comfort is just as good as the expensive chaise loungers you can buy in the big box stores. Shipping was fast and they were very easy to assemble. We bought these for our pool deck and everyone loves them because they are so comfortable. The cushion fits perfectly and they are thick so you never feel like you're sitting or laying on the hard wicker. The fact that they can lay flat is a bonus because we also use them as bench seats when we have a gathering.

As others have mentioned, it has to be fully assembled by hand. Using the provided Allen wrench would have taken forever! We used a power drill with a rigged bit. It still took 2 people. But…for the price and the look and the comfort, it was worth it. Read instructions thoroughly first…set out all (counted!) pieces where they are grouped together for more ease of assembly. The cushions are good for the price as well. They do hold water when it rains, but drains when (easily) removed and hung over our fence. It holds water but doesn’t really “absorb” water which is really good! It means it can fully dry in a matter of minutes (never more than about 30 minutes-1 hour). So far the color has stayed true (no fading) and it stays out all the time as we are lazy and don’t remove regularly. We live in Texas and these (pictured) have been out in the elements (mostly beastly hot sun!) for about 2 months already. Again…read instructions, prep/organize the pieces ahead of time, get a partner and power tools to assist, and then enjoy your new lounge chairs! You WILL need to relax after assembly!!!!!! Lol!

I received these packages separately but quickly. They were easy to put together and set up and even came with extra cushion covers. Bolts were missing out of one of the boxes so I got intouch with the seller and he responded back to me right away and was very apologetic and sent me out another batch of bolts right away and a tracking number to track them. I received them quickly. It’s a beautiful set and my daughter loves sleeping on it out on the deck. Very comfortable and looks really nice I love them. Thank you so much Very Happy. I would definitely buy from him again.

Assembled pretty easy although the hardware is as cheap as you can get but works...i dont think these will hokd 360 lbs...im 200 and i think they might hold a 220lb person ok butbwouldnt think any heavier...function good u and down...would have been nice if the cushions would fit underneath for storage...the table same cheap hardware but went together fine...glass could have been inset and not just set on top on 4 rubber rests...nothing to keep glass from being knocked right off...I would say these would have been a good buy at $30-40 less...but sense they were shipped...like i said...very ok...ill see how they hold up...UPDATE: Cusions get wet and hold water. Would be better if they were somewhat repelant. Will look elsewhere for next set...
