Overall, I'm well pleased with this coat. It has five zippered pockets: two in the front, one on the right breast, one on the left sleeve, and one inside. All the pockets have zipper closures. The coat seems warm. In Kentucky winter weather with a low temperature in the 20s Fahrenheit and highs in the 30s or 40s I typically wear a t-shirt, flannel shirt, and coat. This coat and hood are warm enough to suit me for this type of weather. The coat zips up, but it also has velcro closures over the zippers. It also has a snap button at the bottom and one at the top. I enjoy having three ways of closing it. The coat seems waterproof. However, I typically carry an umbrella when it rains, so I haven't given it a tough test in the month or so I've had it. I like the bright green color I chose, which makes the coat easy to see. I hope this makes it safer in night and twilight. As I see it, the coat has two significant weaknesses. One is that it has a chemical smell. For lack of a better word, I'll call it a raincoat smell, since I bought a raincoat many years ago that had a similar smell. Washing the coat didn't appear to reduce the smell. But the smell is relatively minor to me. I don't smell it wearing the coat, but if I'm about a foot or so or less away from the main part of the coat while it hangs in the closet, I can smell it. Persons sensitive to smell might find it offensive, but I consider it minor. The other weakness from my perspective is that the hood to the coat has Velcro-type closure. I'd prefer a button that snaps, or better yet two buttons that snap and Velcro in addition. Sometimes the Velcro comes loose if I move my head sharply in certain directions. But overall I'm very pleased with the coat. I hope it serves me well for several years.

After having this jacket for a while;it is worth the low price because it is high quality. Pleasantly surprised how well made,comfortable,and warm it is. Not for very cold weather. Only negative is that white is hard to keep clean but I chose white for safety.

Used for snowboarding. It’s definitely water and wind proof and I love all the pockets. The hoodie is great and kept my head and ears warm. The zippers broke on two pockets when minutes of using them, but I was able to fix them both. I still got a little cold, so make sure to wear a thermal and something thin underneath that thermal lmao

Nice coat for layering; Below freezing, you'll need more layers. Good wind and water resistance. I like the pocket layout, but poor quality zippers. Front zipper failed after three uses, unfortunately return window closed a few days prior to this catastrophic failure. My fault, for not testing it well before it got cold. Unfortunately, this is not fleece or soft-material lined, so it tends to hold internal moisture against skin, the lining material against the skin is uncomfortable and causes excessive sweating. The collar will not lay flat if the hood is removed, annoyingly rubbing on the neck. The hood itself has the same lining material and an annoying bill that sticks out about two inches and often blocking vision, because it's not adjustable, it's unusable. Better lining material and high quality zippers would make this a nice jacket.
