At first before buying I was worried about this light. I was wrong to be worried it is a GREAT FLASHLIGHT! It does everything I need it to do easy to use and im liking it alot. I recommend this light just buy one!

This light is very bright. It is a fixed focus, with no zoom function. It doesn't need it in the most powerful setting. Due to the brightness and size, it gets warm/hot very quickly on full power. To turn it on and off is evident since it has a definite click. To change modes is just a light press of the button on the back, not a full click. Mine came on the lowest brightness setting, so I thought it was defective after turning it on and off several times. Then I did a light press, without making a click and the brightness changed. Wow, it is bright. Getting the flashing/blindness mode is ever more complex. You have to partially depress the button two times rapidly. Not an easy trick. Once set to a continuous beam mode it will return the the setting last selected when it was turned off.

Bought this because I was intrigued by the option of a rechargeable flashlight battery. Initially, I didn't understand how the cycle button worked (you lightly pulse tap the button once it's on, you don't keep pushing down hard on the button) I fully charged it and left it on. The battery lasted for much longer than 20 minutes on high beam. It's still going at the time of this writing, has lasted 2 hours and counting. I'm grateful to the Wuben team for reaching out to me with the tip on how to operate the flashlight correctly so I'm revising my review. Great option for everywhere carry flashlight. My bad that I didn't take time TO READ THE DIRECTIONS.

Great that it remembers last mode and very bright. Good battery life. Strobe should be easier to activate, for example by just holding the button.

Claimes to be the same brightness as the L50 but the L50 is definitely brighter. Still a good compact light I just wish it was brighter.
