Low overall rating due to damage of unit during shipping. Will upgrade when resolved. The aerator unit arrived in a timely fashion. Packaging or the unit itself didn't appear damaged, however after installing it, the LCD screen lit up, said the diffusers were working, but we heard or saw anything working at all. Upon further review of the internal electrical connections and so forth, we noticed the silencer had come loose during shipping, damaging the power terminal block. I have reached out to Wrster about this, asking for a replacement. We'll see how it goes. I will update as I can. UPDATE *** Wrster-Tech did contact me right away informing me they were sending replacement unit. Tracking says it will be delivered in a few days. So far so good! I’ll do a final update once it arrives and works as designed. UPDATE *** Wrster-Tech did send completely new aeration kit, including all new hoses & clamps, diffusers and pump. The packaging on this unit was in good shape when it arrived and appeared un-damaged. Unpacked and installed hoses to the original hoses and diffusers we deployed with the first unit in the pond. turned on pump....... nothing. Just like first unit, the screen lit up and said it was pumping air to the diffusers, but no sound out of the pump or bubbles in the pond. Having familiarized myself on the first unit, I looked for loose wiring connections and found the plug inline connections to the capacitor were loose and not making a good connection. Re-attached and secured the capacitor connection, turned on power to the pump, and it came to life and worked as designed. Set up the timer for the first day for 20 minutes..... shut off perfectly. So far so good! Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the connection issues, but really not that bad and overall, I was taken very good care of by Wrster-Tech!!! ... show more
