This is the perfect fountain for my wild pond. It is the third found rain I have tried, the first was too big, second too little, this one was just right. Sprays about 3-4ft hight and around 8ft diameter. One of my favorite things about the fountain is that it doesn't have a typical spray nozzle or head but instead shoots the water through a wire mesh that spreads it. The mesh is big enough that when the pump inevitably sucks up a frog or tadpole, it doesn't clog the system. Comes with everything you need to set up, installation is easy and straightforward. Would recommend.

Like others said, I had to remove the screen, otherwise it clogged daily. Fountain was borderline to big for our koi pond, I added a 2” pvc coupler in place of the wire screen, it smoothed out the fountain flow quite a bit. I have it set to run a couple hours a day, the fish seem to like it as well.

Does a great job of aerating a pond for a fraction of the power of traditional pump/diffuser head combo, and it's open impeller design prevents clogging. The only thing I would suggest is to leave the diffuser screen off. It interferes with the spray pattern (the spray pattern looks much better without it), and the screen catches debris that has to be removed frequently. I guess the only reason they include it is for safety reasons so you don't put your fingers into the impeller blades, but in the middle of a pond that shouldn't be a problem! The only negative is that it is a little pricey.

This fountain does not spray 4’ x 15’. Not even close. We tested in out in our pool before taking it to the ranch to put in the pond. Looks like maybe 3’ x 8’ at best.

Seems to work well however I do not see the lights when I read what came with it it clearly said equipped with lights so that’s a bummer I looked for weeks for the perfect fountain that lit up
