I don’t know where to begin. I ordered this chandelier at the beginning of November, received it a month later and just had it installed in January. Why you ask….well I received this beauty with no instructions, no certificate, no screws. They had to send me 4 different orders with additional missing parts. I received 2 sets of instructions neither of which belonged to this particular chandelier. The ONLY reason I didn’t return it because I don’t have a vehicle large enough to take it to ups and they were going to make me pay for shipping even though they didn’t send me all of the required parts initially. Needless to say it’s up and looks nice but I have to admit I can’t look at it without being irritated about the process I went through to get here. Lastly one of the screws wouldn’t fit so we had to use a black zip tie to hold it together. I would say look elsewhere for your purchase. ... show more
