Bought for my boyfriend. He loves the quality, fit and lightweight but durable material, as well as the pockets, and length of the shorts. He is very happy with this brand all the way around. The stitching is nice, but the only thing he's not crazy about is the velcro closures in the back pockets, but he's okay with that enough to want more of these shorts in different colors. I've ordered two colors for him so far. I wish there were a lot more color options! I bought my pair of Wrangler shorts back in 2019. Here we are in 2024.....5 years later. I've worn them every summer and they are STILL nice-looking. No holes, no wear spots. Nice & durable. I just ordered another 4 pairs.......

I'd give these shorts 5 stars except for the ridiculously small front 'cargo' pockets. Sure, there are four pockets in front, but good luck getting a cell phone in or out ANY of them. Back pockets are about the right size for a wallet, but sometimes I like to carry my wallet in front (for security) and not much luck doing that either. Aside from the pockets, the shorts fit well (longer inseam than some) meaning the shorts hit just at knee level, which is where men's cargo shorts should sit. Sizing is accurate. I bought these in four colors for a trip. Shorts are made well and have gone through several wash sizes and come out looking no worse for the wear. Comfortable and well made. I ordered my usual pants size and it fits fine. I’m 5’8” and they come to just above my knee. I think I might order another pair in a different color to replace old shorts that are worn out and missing a button in a crucial place.

I figured this year. It was time to get new summer shorts. The ones I have had were starting to look a little sad. I tried ordering a pair of these and I really like them both for comfort and for value. They are lightweight, but not sin. Many pockets. (note: they don't have one large pocket on each side. It's a group of smaller pockets, which is not great for cell phones.) For the price they are an excellent value and they look good on me. I've ordered 2 more pairs of different looks and they've all been great. The zippers can be a little finicky at times but not a dealbreaker. ... show more

Pros: These are comfortable, sturdy, plenty and plenty of storage room with the many pockets. The material is cool and comfortable. It did not shrink or fade after washing. It’s actually very flattering as well. Cons: None Final decision: I recommend this item.

I ordered two pairs of the Wrangler cargo shorts for my husband and he loves them! They fit him perfectly, they're made of high quality material with lots of pockets and the zipper and button closure are very strong and sturdy! Great shorts at a great price -- highly recommend!

I really like the Wrangler Authentics cargo shorts, however, every time I order a pair they fit differently. Sometimes 36's are fine, sometime they are way too large, sometimes a 34 is way to tight, other times they fit fine. My weight and waste size are not fluctuating, I wear a 36 waist in everything else, have for years. I keep ordering them because I like them but I end up returning them half the time and getting a different size. ... show more
