I bought this style several months ago as my two pairs of the same style were wearing out. The material is not that thick or sturdy, but for the price, I'm not dissatisfied. I did note that the ones I bought earlier had seven belt loops ... a big deal to me, as they supported the pants better. I can't find that 7-loops style these days, much to my disappointment. I contemplated returning these and a beige pair but no other styler had sven loops and these, with the convenient, deep cell phone pocket that accommodates my older iPhone 6S+, plus its open back pocket design. got my vote and purchase. ... show more

these shorts are pretty comfortable, nice inseam length, good pocket depth, lightweight, but for some reason all the camo shorts ive ever owned have the crappiest button sewn onto them. its just plastic with stitching that feels like it wont make it the rest of the summer with how loose it already is. i may try to find a way to put a metal button on it if i can. ... show more

There are some unique problems when you live in a place a little too close to the equator. I moved to the Philippines after I retired a couple years ago. So it's hot as heck here. All the time. Year round. I've played golf and tennis all my life. Owned all kinds of shorts. These are perfect for hot weather every day wear. A fabric that's too lightweight clings. Some fabrics just feel wet in serious heat. That's okay playing golf or in a tennis match where you head for the showers. But not if you're walking to the mall and then going to dinner with your wife... and you start sweating the minute you walk outside the condo. These shorts are heavy enough to absorb and wick away some sweat, but they don't feel wet even after a couple hours in the heat. Somehow, despite being a heavier weight fabric than some other shorts I own, like nylon type shorts, these just feel comfortable start to finish. They're durable. Easy relaxed fit for a guy retired and about 25 lbs overweight. I love them. Just bought 3 more pairs. Not to mention, a great price. ... show more

I love these shorts and have all of the camo colors and have become possibly addicted to the style and brand and may need all of the colors as the fit is just perfect too, IMHO. They're pretty rugged and I don't think a day goes by where I'm not in these things lol. The size is right on inch for inch according to the size on the tag so just order them to how loose you want the waist part to fit where you want that to fit where you'd want that to fit where you'd wear it on you and how loose or tight you'd wear it. I really love these shorts except that they are way too big. I usually wear a 32 waist, but these would fall down without a belt. I ordered other colors, but chose a 30 waist. They are on their way. I hope they fit better. The elastic waist does not amount to much. Just received 2 pair that were 30" waist...PERFECT! ... show more

I've bought several of these Wranglers shorts in different colors/designs but the anthracite color faded quickly. I did buy another & the color seems to be holding up well, so far. My boyfriend was very happy with the comfy fit & fabric. Good product still.
