I love this product. It’s easy to learn and comfortable to ride. I didn’t know how to skateboard, but it only took me a week to get going. Beginners can start slow and build speed as you advance. It's a great e skateboard for daily commuting, and I really like it because it's durable for years with a14mile long range. I did end up buying the all terrain wheels which made all the difference on the sidewalks and roads that I travel to work. Lastly, The customer service is absolutely amazing!! The customer service rep was timely and polite. They worked with me to get things figured out, as well as helped me get a new item for my board shipped. It was one of the better experiences with customer service I’ve had. Overall the representative made it easy.

I bought the 2S Max during Black Friday as my first electric skateboard to travel to and from class, and I’m really enjoying the speed and feel of the board! The remote controls the acceleration really smoothly, and the handling is good if you loosen the trucks. I only need to charge it every few days, and charging is quite fast as well. At this price point, I think it’s a good deal for what you get!

I had done some research on electric boards, especially for beginners, and this one came up highly recommended. I have had it for about 4 months now and I love this electric skateboard. The ride feels real smooth and fairly easy acceleration make it super fun. The braking is pretty good on it as well though still getting used to it. The product has a long battery life too. Customer service was also great and professional. They responded quickly to my inquiry. Needed it only once and it was a minor issue.

As a college student I use the skateboard everyday to get between classes. When I got the board I had no skateboarding experience, but the lower speed settings made it incredibly easy to learn. If your looking for a fun way to commute this is definitely a fun option! Furthermore, they have some of the best customer service! A while ago I using the board in really heavy rain and the seal for the battery let some water in that caused some shortages. Long story short, they worked with me to get the board back up and running. During which, all my emails were promptly answered. Overall this experience could have been much worse, but they were extremely nice.

The media could not be loaded. Best board I ever used and it's not that expensive compared to the other ones...... reaches 14 miles and goes 30mph so probably like 1hour and 20mins of use...... Its new and I've already put 180 miles

I've been commuting to work with this board for alittle over a month so heres my thoughts ratings of it. Build quality: 9/10 Solid, sleek, and intelligent. The board has a nice minimalist look and most importantly All the parts can be easily replaced with the removal of a few Allen screws and a undoing a few plugs. Power: 8/10 It's Has plenty of power and gets my 230 pound butt up to 25 mph on a flat reliably, and up every hill in my neighborhood at around 15 - 20 mph easy. Gets up to speed quickly and feels a bit punchy in turbo mode. The ride: 7/10 The 90mm wheels are adequate for street use. They feel great on smooth pavement but bumpy on rough sidewalks and paved trails. Definitely worth upgrading but adequate in the mean time. Aside from that it's alot of fun carve around with and has a solid turning radius. Weight: 8/10 It's heavyish at 18 pounds but once you get used to it is quite manageable to lug around. Battery: 7/10 The battery delivers good performance with noticeable but minimal sag when low. In my testing I was able to get 6 and a half miles in turbo mode and 8 miles in mode 2. My commute is only a mile so it's plenty for me but definitely not the advertised 14 miles. On the plus side the battery charges in two and a half hours so that's really nice. Water resistance: 6/10 Not the best but it won't brick if you get caught in a light rain or hit a small puddle. Just be sure to wipe it down after. The company: 9/10 Had one of the motors brake on me. So I emailed the support team. They responded quickly and they sent me a new motor. All I had to do was pay shipping. The Install was super easy and now the board works like new. I also really like how the company sells LITERALLY every part for this board on their website. Pretty reasonable prices too. So no worries when the warrantee expires. TLDR Overall the 2s max is a really fun starter board with a deacent price, that's only minor drawbacks are the water resistance and the good but kinda short battery life. Aside from that if your commute is short this board will be a fun and suprisingly practical form of transportation.

The board is great. The battery got wet and so it wouldn't hold a charge. We reached out to WOWGO and they assisted us in determining that the battery got wet. They offered a discount on the new battery. We received excellent customer service, thank you WOWGO. I would recommend sealing the battery compartment to keep the battery from getting wet.
