The board is amazing. The charger charges very quickly. Everything about the purchase was great. The output port on the charger broke under only 2 days of plugging it in. I'm not a rough person. I'm very gentle. The internal circuitry isn't stable enough to handle that heavy of a cord being plugged in. I recommend immediately opening the charger and re-inforcing it with some type of epoxy or glue. The charging outpost is VERY FRAGILE. Only complaint I have. ... show more

UPDATE 9/23 Known stability issue with these trucks and bushings. Research YouTube and Reddit. I have tried resolving with seller. They claim no issue and it was my ability at fault. I’ve had conversations with several members of the subreddit for esk8ting who have had traumatic crashes at just over 25 mph. Dual kingpin trucks are no good for this much speed. This board can and will hurt you!! I’m out 1300$ because my board was destroyed I wrecked so hard. Company denies any issue. I am trying to work with other victims (9 so far) to force redesign or the product being pulled. Be careful and do your research, I am not a scorn customer wanting money, this wreck was truly traumatic for me. READ REDDIT POSTS AND WATCH UNPAID YOUTUBE REVIEWS. I think this board is for serious exp riders. Wear protective gear. If I didn’t have a helmet on I think I may have not made it. Adjust the board!!! The trucks were tightened by me but I still hit a speed wobble at 28 mph. I don’t know if mine is defective or what but sharing with you my ambulance ride and injury. I also have road rash on 40% of my body. Don’t buy this board if you haven’t ridden a less powerful board for at least 2 years. I’ve been riding for 15, 4 on an e board and this still happened. Dual king pin trucks on a board this fast is irresponsible in my opinion. I have 4 boards that all run top speeds from 15 to 25 they are single pin trucks. This board is amazing. I have never ridden a long board before and I'm impressed with speed mode 2. I went off roading with it for the first time and this board doesn't quit. I'm a bit on the heavier side (210) and the hurricane had no problem pushing me up hill all day! Even over rather steep gravelly paths the hurricane just keeps going. If you are new like me, please take the time to adjust in a slower mode. I'm confident on the board now, but if you don't know what you're doing then this board WILL get away from you. 10 stars, awesome board! ... show more

nice skateboard though the range is not really great, end up on a real conditions with like 16 miles on a full charge, yes there were hill but anyway then the stated range is in too ideal conditions far from real usage

I received the old remote with micro-USB charging port. The user manual shows a newer remote with USB-C port. This is disappointing since I am trying to get rid of old chargers. There are no instructions on how to put everything together. The board comes without wheels attached.

    • Great board for riding, but be careful
First things first, the pros: ▪︎ Very fast! I'm a big boy (275lb) and she zips me around with ease. I have to be careful not to accelerate too fast or I'll find myself being thrown off the board. I've never tested the top speed out of fear, but I know it'll go at least 20mph. Very unstable at these speeds though Strong and durable deck! She'll hold your weight easily when riding her. I wouldn't advise trying to do any tricks with it though. It's not a flexible board, and you might damage the battery. It's meant for distance riding. Great battery life. I usually get about 20 to 25 miles out of a charge. Doesn't lose power on low battery either. The cons: Unstable at high speeds. The stock bushings on these are garbage. Replace them with Riptide bushings for your weight. Otherwise the bushings will cause the board to wobble hard past 15mph. Cheap remote. It's made of thin plastic and will break easily if you're not careful. Heavy. The board weighs about 30lb, so keep that in mind if you plan on carrying it with you. Not very good off road. Any kind of indent or soft ground will cause the board to stop and throw you off. It's fine on hard ground with short grass, but you're not going through the brush or over rocks or tree roots without problems. No reverse function and can only make wide turns. Not so much a con, but keep it in mind. You'll often have to get off the board to turn around on a road. Make turns like a car and you'll be fine ... show more
