    • Low quality, okayish customer service. Don’t waste your money.
Do not buy this board. It will not last a week. The first board they sent me had a remote with a battery about to explode. They did not send me a new remote, I had to buy a new one. A week later, the board will only charge to 3/4 cells, cutting the distance by 25%. So I ask for a refund, or at least a new battery. They send me a whole news board. Pretty cool right? A week later, the second board does the same thing. At this point the first board no longer even turns on. They will just keep sending you low quality merchandise, hoping something will eventually work long enough to miss out on the refund window. They have now offered me a “partial refund.” ... show more

    • It's a piece of crap & the "customer service" will give you the run around
I got this board for my son. He had been walking to work, which was a couple miles away. He used the board for about 2 months before it stopped working. We contacted Amazon and Fast and Furious. They asked for multiple videos showing what was wrong with the board, so their "technicians" could help. How many videos do they need to show them the board is defective?? The board does absolutely nothing now, and he's back to walking. What a piece of crap. Do NOT buy!!! EDIT: They kept requesting videos until I could no longer get them to contact me, or get my emails through. No response, no replacement. ... show more

Fast and fun, and maneuverable. We use it for our Tesla and airplane for convenient transportation at destination, plus just for kicking around. I highly recommend wearing wrist guards.

    • Didn’t work after a month
The board was a gift for my son who lives in another state. He received the board and everything was fine and worked for about a month and half. Then, the battery fully charged would only get him 2 miles. The company had us send a video to show what happens and is sending another one. I’ll change the rating once I see if the new one will work beyond 6 weeks. The company has been good to work with to date. ... show more

I don't typically write reviews but I guess that is my only option. Amazon tells me I am a couple weeks out of my return window, cannot find anyone from the manufacturer to help so I guess I am stuck with this skateboard that won't charge. I tested the max speed (17-18mph) and range (11-12miles). Both fall short from the advertising, but for what you pay it is reasonable. Edit* Battery no longer holds a charge. I think the battery has bad wiring that prevents it from supplying power to the motor. When plugged in, it reads full charge.
