This unit is heavensent. I purchased it because I was told to rehydrate regularly by my doctor to prevent developing another kidney stone. I strap it on while working outside and at home while mowing my lawn with a push mower. It works exceptionally well. It doesn't come with instructions. I had a little difficulty setting up my bag's tube for water delivery, but a little common sense does the trick. I swear profusely. The bladder gives me enough water to make it through each task. Memphis heat and humidity is said to be "disrespectful!!!".

Comfortable, good material and construction especially for price, roomy without being bulky. Really nice zippers and clean look that doesn't shout tacticool but has molle and Velcro for customization. Great for a full day hike, but that's not why I bought it... This is a weird use case, but it is better than exactly what I wanted. I just purchased a Meta quest 3 and I wanted a dedicated carry bag for it that I could also stuff a battery bank in for extended play. I decided a hydration backpack would be perfect for the cable to run out of where a straw normally goes. And be lightweight and comfortable to wear. This backpack fits the small meta hard case perfectly and has all the right pockets for cables and accessories. I'm genuinely thrilled and considering just getting a second for the few times I do go hiking in a year.

Perfect for a music festival. 2L bladder was big enough. No leakage, easy to fill and use. I like the plastic nozzle cover so I can set it down without worrying about getting the mouthpiece dirty. Plenty of extra storage while staying within the festival bag requirements (two main pockets, one smaller external pocket). The bag itself is about 13x8x5”. Feels well made, especially for the price.

I got the 3.0 L bag. I have nothing bad to say I'm happy with my purchase. It's very hot outside so I got it for when I'm outside briefly. It doesn't taste like plastic when I drink the water which is good trust me when I say if it did it would have returned immediately. Like I said before I'm happy with my purchase and if you decide to purchase I'm sure you will be also... hopefully lol!

I have 4 hydration packs collected over the course of about 13 years. In order of preference, this one is my top alternate. The reason for this rating is the bladder is a side-seal closure. Honestly, side-seals aren't bad, but I seem to have better luck with the screw-type closure. I feel these are easier to fill because they keep the bladder in form. I have been hiking more lately and this bag has been pretty comfortable. I would prefer a little more padding for the bottom strap. With some scrambling, the strap was a little uncomfortable.
