Very nicely made. Easy to use. Ingenious tool which created perfect flares every time on copper refrigerant hoses. Great for installing a mini-split. Eccentric wedge "rolls" the flare into shape which helps prevent uneven or pitted flares. Nice.

Never flared copper tubes before, but I needed to for a mini-split HVAC install. This flare tool worked great. My first practice flare was better than the factory flare on thew line set! Product is well constructed and easy to operate. Seems like it will last for a long time!

This was the cheapest for this type of flaring tool, as I only need it to flare a set of mini split lines. It worked great once I worked out all the casting sand with multiple WD40 flushed.

I'm not a pro. If I were, I would spend more for one of the fancy ones with a clutch to prevent over-tightening. As a home DIYer, this is quit serviceable. I don't do anything fast, anyway.

Worked great. Had to remove the two hex screws to get the tube older through the flare tool. If you’re doing brake lines in a tight space this tool probably isn’t for you. It’s a bit bulky but seemingly well made
