This is a great tool because it uses the same 20 V battery as the rests of my WORX tools and it is very versatile. It uses all of my old Dremel tool attachments and does a very good job of sanding in tight spaces. The battery lasts a long time also.

    • Very versatile, quite powerful, and easy to handle.
On this Oscillating multi-tool, I give it only a 4 star rate, because I also didn't get all the accessories that it was promised to include during the purchase. And though Amazon quickly sent me a replacement (to see if it included all the accessories) it still was incomplete as advertised. After that, they did me a solid by giving me store credit to purchase the additional missing accessories (i.e. blades), so they were outstanding with this mishap. So within a few more days, I had the complete set. I've been using this oscillating multi-tool since it arrived. I had a few projects at the home and this tool has not let me down. This is the kind of tool that really helps you take care of issues where other tools like a circular saw or jigsaw can't do quite well. -- NOTE: I've only used it for both wood and drywall projects so far. I find the tool very easy to handle, quite powerful, and very versatile. It accepts all brands of blades, so that is a plus, since I can easily get what I need for the job at hand. Now for some suggestions to the company WORX: For some odd reason, I was under the impression that the wrench was permanently attached to the unit -- kind of like your Sandeck (sander) [WX820L]. Hopefully their next version does something like that. Or better yet, eliminate having to use a wrench altogether and change it to a quick-change method like some other brands (i.e. DeWalt). The LED light needs to be brighter (it is too dim for my taste), maybe add a magnifying lens, so it's a bit brighter - or something? I was doing some projects in some very low light conditions and the LED was not bright enough, it was almost like useless to me. I would also recommend if you can add like a feature where it blows away the dust on the front of the blade, so we don't need to do it with our breath. ;-) I like that it includes a bag to carry it and it's accessories, but what's missing is some zipper compartments inside the bag to store the blades and etc. I find that having the blades and the tool all in the same area -- will end up scuffing up the tool unnecessarily when traveling and etc. This tool should never be offered with the 1.5 Ah battery. It doesn't last long charged, you get like maybe 15 mins. of continuous use. I would recommend anything higher than the 2.0 Ah battery, perhaps best the 4.0 Ah battery for a full day use -- that is what I use. -- FYI: originally the unit was being advertised to include the 2.0 Ah battery, but it came with the 1.5 Ah battery and really a deal killer for me -- hence why the 4 star rate. :-/ Oh, and please offer your 6.0 Ah battery to be more affordable. It's pricier than the competition for the same Ah size battery for their tools. A real deal killer for me. ... show more

5 stars fpr seller I put off gettin this for 1 yr finally decided to buy it with a saw ,the saw is amazing for daily use the oscillating tool is really great too BUT I got a bad one the speed will go to very high rpm like it's moving at 30,000 rpm then jumps down to 500 then back up also I got the wrong battery the picture an description shows an says its the new battery 20v with a test button on the front to see how much battery is left on the charge it came with a little dinky charger I expected the big brick charger like all the other worx stuff I got for a daily user of tools in construction I'm very impressed with worx. there drills need to be better there a little bulky like ryobi but they work just fine for remodeling homes.the jigsaw/sawsaws is pretty badass BTW ... show more

I like all the Worx products I have. I chose this based on the attachements that come with it. Unfortunately it did not come with the bi-metal blade, semicircle blade, and rigid scraper (that I was hoping to use this weekend). If it works like the rest of my Worx products, I'm sure I sould have given between a 4 and 5, but disappointed it was missing items. ... show more
