We didn't cut any corners with the WORX 22” – 20V cordless PowerShare hedge trimmer. The D-grip front handle lets you easily hold it up high, or from any angle. And at just 5.5 lbs you won’t get fatigued trimming your bushes. The dual-action hardened steel blades slice though twigs and branches so smoothly that it reduces much of the vibration that comes with many hedge trimmers. With a 22” reach you’ll get long, smooth tops and the 3/4” diameter of each blade catches scraggly sticks to the sides. I love this hedgehog trimmer! No more worrying about a cord. It’s light weight. Has good power and battery holds its power. It’s great for smaller jobs. I trimmed an azeala and an evergreen huckleberry no problem. I really like the design of the trigger and safety feature; to start you have to squeeze the trigger on the handle and grab the bar which depresses another power button. When it is running you don’t have to squeeze the trigger any more. The power button on the handle is all you need to hold and it runs the entire length of the power bar. This enables you to hold it and trim at different angles. Ease of assembly: Three screws and your done and ready to trim. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this over others because it’s the lightest one on the market at less than 6 lbs ... show more

These clipper work great! I’ve had a shorter blade, electric for years. These are lighter weight, nice long blade, and cut great. I clipped two large boxwoods, one pine type bush, two fire bushes and three bushes in front yard before I had to recharge. They have never looked so perfect. I did a high hedge in front that I had a hard time doing with old clippers because I couldn’t reach center top well. These long blades help keep hedge straighter and cut through all branches. This trimmer works awesome. I have used it quite a few times on different bushes and also blackberries. Worked awesome and battery lasts a long time. I like the new charger. The trimmers are light and portable, easy to maneuver. After one use, they seem powerful enough although I didn't really put them to the test. The blades may run a little slower than I like. My one criticism: it has two triggers and you have to press both to use the tool. Very inconvenient. Sure, it's supposed to make it safer, but it slows me down. To trim at ground level I have to bend down further than I'mused to. Hey, I'm 71. It also limits my vertical reach. But it seems solidly built. ... show more

I've been using it for the past few weeks, and I'm absolutely thrilled with its performance. Lightweight and Powerful: First off, this trimmer is surprisingly lightweight, especially considering its 22-inch blade length. I was able to maneuver it around my hedges and bushes with ease, even when reaching for those higher branches. No more struggling with heavy, corded trimmers that leave you feeling like you've just finished a workout! Despite its lightweight design, the WG261.9 packs a real punch. Excellent trimmer. Replaces a B&D corded tool. Lightweight, easy to use. Good battery life. Easily cuts branches up to 1/2". I think Worx products are the best tools available. Mine have all been like the Timex and Energizer ads, they just keep going and going.
