I am using this with several digitally controlled pico beer home brewing devices (now discontinued by manufacturer, but continued to be widely used. My brewing machines only make 1.25 gallon and 2.5 gallon batches of beer at a time, and I have the need to move the cooled wort over to my gf30 glycol cooled fermenter, while setting up for a same day back to back batch of beer to effectively fill the fermenter. This pump is quiet and has a fast flow rate, which means lots less time wasted during brewing day. I like the 'food safe' value of this pump. It also cleans up easily with standard brewing sanitation products. And, importantly, it takes some of the strain off the brewing machines' smaller pumps for transfer purposes. Hopefully, that will help extend the life of my brewing machines. I'm experimenting with setting up a separate cooling cycle stage using this pump with a few different cooling plates and coils I've collected over the years. So far, this pump has been a delight to work with: it's quiet and has a pretty strong flow. Recommended.

Reviewing WELLBOM Wort Pump Brewing Pump with Inline Switch Food Grade Homebrew Pump, My SO just got into home brewing. He has a small, cheap pump that is giving him grief so when is saw this, I wanted to surprise him with it. I’m so happy I did. He loves it. It’s very powerful and serves his purpose well. I’m happy with it also because it’s much quieter than his previous, cheap pump. It was easy for him to setup and easy to clean. It was a great find!
