These shoes are a godsend! I’ve purchased so many work shoes in the last few months and none of them truly hit all of my check marks. This shoe here did! I wear these shoes to work in my garden and various outdoor home duties. I needed a shoe that is easily slip in and out of since I tend to walk back into the house for a break or a drink of water. I needed a shoe that can also provide a secure snug fit when I dig with a shovel. The zipper function of the shoe was perfect for me since I hate tying shoe laces and the slip on boots weren’t secure enough for digging with a shovel. Also, I didn’t expect these shoes to be a true waterproof shoe but surprisingly, it performed well when I sprayed off the mud. It didn’t have moisture issues. The shoe is true to size. I did remove the original sole since it was super thin and replaced it with a gel sole insert. It became a tighter fit. Plan on a larger size shoe if you want to replace the sole insert. Overall, it was a good purchase for me. I wish I found this shoe a long time ago rather than spending all my money on other shoes before this one. I expect these shoes to last quite awhile. It seems to be constructed for durability. I’m not a big fan of steel or composite toe protection since I’m working at home and OSHA doesn’t run this operation! If it didn’t have the toe protection, it would have made the shoe’s weight lighter for my liking. I can’t complain too much because the shoe did have everything else I was looking for including the price and value. Also, the zipper and shoe doesn’t look bad at all

Surprisingly comfortable for a $50 boot no shank so not for shovel or ladder work but after a day of getting up and down welding and fabricating in 100* plus degree weather my feet are feeling good

My husband does yard work regularly, and I’m glad that I bought this pair of working shoes for him. They are built sturdily while looking stylish. The bottom is extra thick and toe part is protected. They are light weighted compared to the heavy duty working boots. Those shoes are good quality. However the material used for shoes’ surface is like regular sport shoes, I would assume it’s not made for heavy duty works. They are perfect for yard work and light construction work (fix fence, build shed etc.) though.

Not true to size. My husband wears a 9 and we ordered a 9, didn't fit. These are welding boots but had a plastic zipper on side so it would melt. Did not meet expectations. Had to return.

These are awesome for the price. The steel toe makes it worth it. The redt of the shoe is flexible but secure which is nice. I ordered a size 10 and they are true to size as well which is nice. You can add an insert if you wanted for a little more cushion if you plan to use these for a long shift. Good height too, so it covers ur ankle as well.
