This is such an adorable toy house. I bought it for my 4 year old son and didn't want the house to look girly. This isn't girly at all, it's a perfect house for any kid. The build wasn't too difficult and I did it myself with just a screwdriver. Just pull out and sort all the pieces and follow the instructions carefully, is very doable. Everything else was included in the kit. My kit was complete and had some extra screws and bolts. I would've appreciated another set of hands to hold the project while building, because the walls are somewhat delicate, but I made it just fine. Everything was excellently packaged. All the pieces aligned perfectly, all the screws went in nicely. Nothing was broken. The size is perfect. It's not too big and not too small. The house is fairly lightweight and portable within the boundaries of your home. The furniture and little family that came with the house are super cute. I'm currently crocheting a blanket and a set of pillows for the bed. The house can start a whole different project of making doll things for your toddler. You'll be motivated to make things to for the house. It's super cute.

Great choice. We'll built and strong. We love the fact that its made of wood and the dolls and furniture included are absolutely adorable. Instructions are easy to follow- hubby put it together in about 45 minutes. You may need another pair of hands to help steady pieces while assembling.

Fantastic purchase for my 5 y.o. granddaughter! The house feels very sturdy. I like that it has 3 stories with plenty of room to manipulate around the furniture and dolls. It comes with a cute assortment of modern furnishings and a family of dolls with a sweet little baby with her own rocking horse! There's room to collect and add more furnishings, which is something we look forward to doing together! We'll be watching Hobby Lobby's sales and getting things like a patio set for the balcony! But the dollhouse has plenty to be played with on Christmas morning. ( You won't need to add more pieces if you don't want. It's great as is.) It's does have to be assembled, but that's the case with all dollhouses, I think. One of the holes wasn't perfectly aligned, but it worked out fine, and this is very common with dollhouses that are not real expensive. Still a 5 star to me because the price makes it a really good value for the quality. I also like that it is a bit taller and bigger than others in this price range, so it will be played with longer as she grows. One possible negative: there isn't a "front" of the house. Meaning, the backside is blank, not a front door, windows, etc. I noticed a lot in this price range are like this. So it doesn't look like the old-fashioned style dollhouse, but its going up against the wall so it doesn't matter. Again, this seems pretty common in this price range. The dollhouse is meant to be played with, not just used as a room decoration! Its sturdy, real wood, stylish and priced good. Get it! Would buy again

Pros: aesthetically, pleasing, price, comes with some furniture, my one and two year old love this as they can use their imagination Cons: took a little while to build (1 hour myself and my husband), not real wood, elevator and kitchen table legs broke quickly, however, I can superglue those back on Overall, I would buy again. If you don’t mind putting products together this is the perfect dollhouse for the price!

Used absolutely everyday and is still in good shape. Putting it together was not bad took about 30 minutes. (Personally recommend adding a little bit of super glue) She loves it great for imaginary play. She plays sitting in front of it so good size too. The pieces it comes with to play are very small so if you plan on buying additional keep that in mind.

Very good dollhouse for the price. The assembly was a bit time consuming but the Ikea-style directions were straightforward and easy enough. I spent as much time peeling the little numbering stickers off of each piece as I did with assembly! After reading reviews about pieces cracking, I tightened everything slowly and in sequence by hand. No problems at all. I'm excited to deliver the dollhouse to my granddaughter this weekend!

This dollhouse is super cute, the accessories are awesome and I'm sure my kiddos are going to love them. It was easy to put together, but I have many complaints and ultimately would recommend you look elsewhere. It is ssoooooooo easy to bust through the wood in some spots and I easily split the wood in almost every hole on one of the pieces and mind you, I only used a screw driver and was super diligent about it. And my biggest issue is that the middle back panel that creates the background of the house, is not fitted correctly to sit flush in the slats created for it to slide in, therefore it easily moves and is close to coming out. There's nothing I can do about it and it seems like a production error bc the picture on the wooden slat is misprinted too. I'm just waiting for the kids to lean on it too hard and have a meltdown over a broken dollhouse. Ugh.

My son loves the house, the elevator is his favorite part. Once its together its nice and sturdy, i can lift and move it around no problem. Came with good quality dolls and furniture. The only issue i had was I didn't check the alignment of the part you screw into during installation. The instructions didnt mention to check it and it ended up pushing through the wood on the top floor. When i emailed the company about replacement parts they stood by their product and took responsibility so i will keep my review at 5 stars for the excellent customer service. All in all i would definitely buy again. Just take your time during installation and dont make the mistake i did. (Note, some items in my pictures are things we already owned and did not come with the house. House comes with everything it advertised and all was good quality and fit the dolls perfectly. I also included a picture of the damage i caused during installation hopfully it helps others avoid the mistake.)
