Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation. This is a great luxury bidet! Its design is sleek and easy to clean. The preexisting water supply in our home came without copper piping and it had to be fixed before installing the toilet. Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality. The operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience. Flushing power is great as well as functionality. Great purchase and no regrets! Overall, an outstanding product.

Fabulous toilet! I know, it sounds kinda strange but it truly makes a difference in how we feel. Much cleaner where it matters, incredibly reduced paper usage and it is sorta fun to use. The automation of a toilet we experienced in Japan was eye opening. The Woodbridge is every bit as functional as the crazy expensive units we recently enjoyed in Japanese hotels. Auto lid opening, night light, heated seat, super quiet, auto flush, sturdy as can be. It's perfect.

Our experience with Woodbridge began in 2018 when we renovated our entire home with three (3) toilets, one bidet and two (2) dual flush units. They have been excellent throughout all the years, working tirelessly with guests at least every month for a week or more stay. The bidet with its heated seat and auto flush was a very nice features. When we decided to downsize, we targeted a downtown condo and the first thing we did was swap out the two (2) toilets with Woodbridge Smart bidet units. We thought why not just get the same two units to make it simple and especially considerate to guests. With its automatic seat lifters to auto flush and heated seats – sounds great. The installer, a very experienced plumber, was so impressed with the units he sent photos to his wife and asked if she would like this as he expressed his positive reaction to the brand and features for the price. We are impressed too! And highly recommend the brand and units we bought. One feature we did not know or expect was the centrifugal flush pattern along with an added boost flush to assist in cleaning the unit well. They also have an input for a foaming deodorant cleaner. The units are well thought out and engineered for the price - for sure!

This smart toilet is a huge upgrade from my old one with a detachable bidet seat. It's quite heavy and needs two people to lift it. It comes with everything you need for installation, like the wax ring, bolts, and angle valve. After an almost two-hour installation, it worked perfectly with good water flow and great flushing. It has some new and cool features that bidet seat doesn't have, like auto open/close, foot sensor control, auto flush, and built-in cleaning foam. I email the customer service on where I can get the foam agent because this is an expensive toy and I get a reply from them within 2 hours with detail buying information. Overall, it’s a fantastic mix of new tech and practicality, making the bathroom experience much better.

Its sleek, modern design complements contemporary decor perfectly, and the integrated bidet functionality has significantly enhanced hygiene and comfort. I especially love the heated seat—it makes every visit enjoyable, particularly during colder months. The installation process was simple and straightforward. The only improvement I’d suggest is with the Auto Open & Close feature. Due to my bathroom layout, I approach the toilet from the side, but the lid only opens when approached from the front.

After a month of usage. The foot sensor / opening / closing / auto flush features all work perfectly. But the lid is slow to open. The flush does an excellent job, a definite 10, of removing waste and keeping the bowl clean, I’m impressed and am happy less cleaning will be needed. This toilet uses a ton of water. I love the light and heated water / seat features. The foam feature works 10-20% of the time and is extremely noisy. The toilet does have an annoying buzz after I sit down, I believe it is the water heating feature but that is a guess. The remote has adjustments for all features. But I hope in the future they figure out to have some preset for individuals. The rear wash is not very adjustable front to back and needs improvement. My biggest complaint is the water pressure is way too high and the adjustment from the remote is very minimal. An electrician was needed to install a new outlet but the toilet install was easy but heavy. For the cost the EBT350 is feature rich and appears durable but some of the features need definite improvement.
