Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation. This is a great luxury bidet! Its design is sleek and easy to clean. The preexisting water supply in our home came without copper piping and it had to be fixed before installing the toilet. Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality. The operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience. Flushing power is great as well as functionality. Great purchase and no regrets! Overall, an outstanding product.

Fabulous toilet! I know, it sounds kinda strange but it truly makes a difference in how we feel. Much cleaner where it matters, incredibly reduced paper usage and it is sorta fun to use. The automation of a toilet we experienced in Japan was eye opening. The Woodbridge is every bit as functional as the crazy expensive units we recently enjoyed in Japanese hotels. Auto lid opening, night light, heated seat, super quiet, auto flush, sturdy as can be. It's perfect.

During our master bathroom renovation, we didn’t plan on upgrading to a smart toilet but we are so glad we did. It is a wonderful luxury that we all deserve and we couldn’t be more pleased with the Woodbridge smart bidet. We wanted a smart bidet toilet but didn’t feel a top of the line Toto or Kohler. Woodbridge seemed like a good compromise compared to less expensive smart bidets on Amazon. We have absolutely no regrets. You do need an electrician to run power to the back of the toilet which is an extra expense that needs to be considered. The toilet has a foaming agent that you can purchase which is expensive per bottle however it does seem to last a long time. The foaming agent seems to reduce odor and definitely helps keep the toilet clean (no toilet bowl ring between cleanings). The bidet works well with decent pressure that is adjustable. The air dryer is a nice touch if you are thinking of going completely hands free but takes time as would be expected and not something I have patience for. My only negative complaint is that after the auto pre-rinse that occurs when you sit down on the toilet, the toilet hums a 60hz hum that I’ve been hoping is just something that can be disabled using the remote control but haven’t figured out how yet. The toilet is a game changer (and a good conversation piece at parties).

This smart toilet is a huge upgrade from my old one with a detachable bidet seat. It's quite heavy and needs two people to lift it. It comes with everything you need for installation, like the wax ring, bolts, and angle valve. After an almost two-hour installation, it worked perfectly with good water flow and great flushing. It has some new and cool features that bidet seat doesn't have, like auto open/close, foot sensor control, auto flush, and built-in cleaning foam. I email the customer service on where I can get the foam agent because this is an expensive toy and I get a reply from them within 2 hours with detail buying information. Overall, it’s a fantastic mix of new tech and practicality, making the bathroom experience much better.

Our experience with Woodbridge began in 2018 when we renovated our entire home with three (3) toilets, one bidet and two (2) dual flush units. They have been excellent throughout all the years, working tirelessly with guests at least every month for a week or more stay. The bidet with its heated seat and auto flush was a very nice features. When we decided to downsize, we targeted a downtown condo and the first thing we did was swap out the two (2) toilets with Woodbridge Smart bidet units. We thought why not just get the same two units to make it simple and especially considerate to guests. With its automatic seat lifters to auto flush and heated seats – sounds great. The installer, a very experienced plumber, was so impressed with the units he sent photos to his wife and asked if she would like this as he expressed his positive reaction to the brand and features for the price. We are impressed too! And highly recommend the brand and units we bought. One feature we did not know or expect was the centrifugal flush pattern along with an added boost flush to assist in cleaning the unit well. They also have an input for a foaming deodorant cleaner. The units are well thought out and engineered for the price - for sure!
