This product is solidly built. I think its a bit expensive, but after wasting many blanks with a wandering bit I guess i'll save money in the long run.

  • Replacing a broken one

This is the SECOND one of these chucks that I purchased because the first one just seized up and doesn't open. I teach engineering, so I'm not a (total) idiot, but I just couldn't get the first one un-seized. They're not cheap, and I only moved up to the larger chuck for reliability. I would have been better off sticking with the smaller pen chuck and replacing IT as necessary. I tried to get it replaced under some sort of "warranty," but had no luck. ... show more
