Growing up on the farm our go to place for lumber, we hadn't used, was a barn or a pile beside the barn. Now, living in a subdivision, finding a convenient and out of the way place for lumber is more of a challenge. This rack is going to help. Lumber does not last exposed to the elements, but it gets in the way when simply laid in the floor of an outbuilding. This product solves both the problems, with a sturdy, adjustable rack for placing reasonably sized pieces of wood.     • Very versatile rack for lumber storage
I already have a couple of lumber storage racks for my shed. I really like this set much better! It is quite versatile because the shelf arms are adjustable on the brackets. Normally, these arms are set at equal distances apart. I am able to set these at varying locations to account for the specific needs for the lumber I am storing. Additionally, I can set these as one unit 6 shelves tall, or set the units up with side by side 3 shelves tall, 4 brackets wide. This would allow for storage of 6' or 8' lumber. I have a lot of lumber laying around from boards I intend to repurpose to freshly cut boards I milled with my saw. I recently bought a heavy duty version of these and they are working great. What I liked about these was the versatility they have over my other ones. The way these are designed I can use it as 6 shelving units with 2 braces each, 4 shelving units with 3 braces each, 3 units with 4 braces, or 2 units with 6 braces. This allows me to adjust the organizer to precisely fit my space and needs. They don't hold as heavy of weight as my others, but I knew that when I ordered it. This rack by Yociyoga is heavy duty and sturdy. I am using it to store some wood product as well as some piping. The attachments to the wall are super easy to install. Once installed, they are extremely sturdy and the arms holding the shelves are strong enough to hold five times the weight of lumber and pipe that I am storing currently. I like that I can customize this rack to meet my varying needs by cutting the base of the rack -- just requires drilling some holes in the base to make some new spots to attach to the wall. This is easily one of the best things I've gotten off Amazon. It installs in minutes and is perfect for holding my snowboard, mountainboard surfboard and kiteboards. Its sturdy without being overbuilt for this purpose and its easy to shift the shelves around if needed. Just be aware that if you wanted to put a paddleboard or long surfboard on it, they would probably be too wide for these shelves. ... show more

I’m tired of walking around my wood stash so when I saw this rack, I had to try it. It was easy to attach to the wall and the adjustable brackets slip right in. The brackets hold a lot of weight and I piled them up. It says each bracket holds 100 pounds and that’s more than I have on them. This rack is sturdy and I don’t have any concerns about it breaking.
