    • Cute but not the most practical
They work enough. I still don’t know if I’m placing them correctly, but whatever. Nothing died yet. Aesthetically fun but not practical, as water gets trapped and sits in the mushroom cap edge. Maybe better off with a sphere shape as it can actually all drain into the plant. Or maybe it’s a good thing and creates lingering moisture for the roots? I’m not an expert. Follow your heart on that one. Either way, they are fun and kind of useful. I can’t quite tell if I’m doing it right, and I’ve officially lost several pieces of paper towel in by the roots after following the suggested use. Also kind of feels like I might be breaking some roots on the first use? TLDR: Undecided on how I feel, but they look fun and nothing is dead. ... show more

Yes, these are glass, and yes, they will break if you drop them. I filled them up, placed my finger over the top, used a chopstick to make a hole in the dirt and inserted them. They work perfectly.
