I got 2 of the 8 inch twin mattresses for my kids and the other half have had spring mattresses for several years before I knew of these memory foam ones. These are WAY better than spring and the older kids say its more comfortable. I've had nice long naps with my littles and it's definitely better than the spring ones we have. The media could not be loaded. It’s has a soft texture but has a firm feeling. I am 125 pounds, 5 ft and this was too firm for me, maybe for someone who is 200 pounds this might be soft. It’s comfortable for sitting because you don’t sink in. I don’t think this is good for a medium firm mattress but for a firm mattress I think this is perfect.The top is soft to the touch but I was not sinking in to the mattress. Your body won’t sink in like other medium firm mattresses. You can feel the foam on top so it’s comfortable . Take your body weight into consideration when purchasing the mattress.

This mattress was so easy to take out the box and it came rolled up and I thought it would be curled due to packing but it flattened up quickly as you opened the seal. After, you let it sit out for several hours to breathe fully and my kids love their new mattress. Would buy again 👍😊
