I use this to fall asleep with a movie or music. I was thrilled to discover that these players now take SD cards. I converted my movies and CDs' to mpg's or mp3's and have them on SD cards. One card holds about 28 movies and it frees me from fumbling with DVD's. This model will also take USB sticks. Very convenient. Picture is good but small, and audio is ok but seems to lack compression. Explosions and gunshots are VERY loud and then when you turn the volume down, you can't hear the dialogue. I think the audio goes through raw and some movies are better than others on the mixing. Great unit for the price.

I was skeptical when I first got the DVD player. It is smaller than what I'm used to. The sound is good. The video quality is great. The size makes it easy to take with you. I'm quite happy with this player.

Love this portable DVD player. I load it up with my DVD exercise in my den and work out with my rebounder. Then, move it to my kitchen to listen to music while unloading groceries.

Kids used it for 2 trips and then the screen stopped working, sound worked great though and battery life was good, but hard to give it more than 1 star if the screen stops working
