UPDATE 10/24/22 ——- I reached out to the company and asked for help and let me tell you, their costumer service was GREAT! I’ve never dealt with a company with such kind, honest costumer service. They helped me fix our issue with the DVD player. After trying different things and it still wouldn’t work they offered to send us a replacement or refund. We took the replacement because we do really like this product. It has been a life saver for road trips and 2 small kiddos!! So to sum it up, their costumer service is exceptional. If you ever have any issues to just reach out. They will try to help!! ——We bought this about 3 months ago. Absolutely loved it! It was working awesome, but only lasted about 3 months. It won’t load dvds anymore. Makes a terrible clicking sound when trying to read them. If it finally does work the movies freeze up. I absolutely would recommend this but not if it will only last such a short time. ... show more

I've had this product for over a year. I wanted to check it out first before I wrote a review. What I've loved about this product is how it kept my children quiet on a few road trips we had over the year of having this. The sound is a bit low so I had bought an auxiliary cord so the sound could be heard better in the van. The picture quality is good and even just using it to play music is nice and a plus! The remote only seems to work really good if your really close of about 6-7 feet away. You have to position it good at times. I haven't tried the other things the DVD player can do yet. My only down fall was the sound and how low it was but I fixed that issue. Customer service was great, thank God, the first one I bought had an issue and got damaged due to the heat in our van because of the area we drove too and it was summer. We took pictures of what happened and they took care of it right away and sent us a new one. (Always get insurance on your things!) This new one save my life on a cross country road trip we did with the children. Music and movies saved us when they didn't want to just sit there and look at nothing on our road trip. Updated 5/19/22 ----------------------------------- Wonnie reached out to me in response to my original 1-star review and honestly the support has been exceptional. They asked me to test a few different things, which i did and provided evidence. And in the end after confirming that the devices was faulty they sent me a new one that arrived in less then a week. I've updated the review to 4 stars to reflect this. Original Review ----------------------------------- Purchased this on July 18, 2021 and it was great when we got it. We have a travel trailer and go on a lot of road trips, these were great for the kids. BUT - here we are less then a year later and the USB port no longer works. I had 3 USB drives loaded up with tons of movies and taught my 6 year old how to operate the remote. Way more convenient then having to do DVDs and DVDs arent great in car anyways since they skip a good amount. I've tested all the USB sticks on my computer and they function fine. When plugging them into Wonnie player and hitting the USB/SD button it cant find them and the light on the usb never goes on as it normally does when reading data from it. While it worked, this was really was a great product. Audio was loud enough for kids to hear in the back and we could still have music playing out of truck speaker in the front w/o bothering each other. The fact that it can be battery powered is also great, we've taken it out of the truck and used it for movies in the camper on early mornings or raining days. But at the end of the day, a product needs to last way longer then 9 months before breaking. Not acceptable and I can not recommend this product. Also there seems to be no way to contact support. The way they describe in the listing does not work for me and if you try searching wonnie on the internet you wont find anything. ... show more

We got this DVD player for the kids for a long drive we had coming up for a summer trip. The DVD player stopped working about 8 hours into the first day of the trip. We took the main player off the bracket, and it would work fine as long as our eldest held the player in her hands. But it would skip and stop if we attached it to the brackets. Update: They reached out and provided us with a new working unit, at no charge. I give them credit for being proactive and having excellent customer service, so I am upgrading this rating from 1 to 4 stars. ... show more

    • Great Customer Service But Volume Controls Aren’t Intuitive & Can’t Dim Screen

Update: added a star due to great customer service! They were prompt in responding and providing an agreeable solution. We would not buy these again. The volume control is not simple (especially for a kid) and you can only dim the brightness on one screen for nighttime viewing. This is an edited review….Bought this product and loved it. Had some issues and customer service reached out to me to fix it. Then had another issue shortly after that. After going back and forth, customer service kept reaching out to me to resolve the issue and were going to refund me or send a new player. I chose the new player because I do like the product.
