It’s very warm and love that the hood is detachable!! This coat fits great, it is slightly too small across the chest so I don't think I could wear a thicker hoodie underneath it, but so far it's been warm enough in the snowy weather that I don't think I'd need to wear one underneath. I don't ski/snowboard but it does take a long time for my car to heat up in the winter and this coat has definitely kept my top half warm enough.

I love the fit and zippers and pockets in this jacket. This coat has nice color choices. The Velcro on the wrists are a plus because my wrists are small.
