Says true to size. I wear an XL (14-16) everywhere else and this was maybe a size 10 prob closer to 8. I reallly liked the pants. But the sizing is way off.

I received the Women's Hiking Pants Outdoor Quick-Drying Pants Lightweight Waterproof Pants Travel Pants in exchange for this review. There are 2 things I look for in pants. 1: Comfort and 2: Pockets that can actually HOLD things. (So many women's pants have fake or tiny pockets...I hate that.) The Women's Hiking Pants Outdoor Quick-Drying Pants Lightweight Waterproof Pants Travel Pants fit both of my requirements. The fabric is comfortable against my skin and stretchy enough to permit easy movement without looking baggy or (on the opposite extreme) clingy. I read the sizing chart before ordering and was right at the borderline between sizes, so ordered the larger size and the fit was perfect. (I suggest ordering a size up if you aren't sure what to order.) Best of all, the pockets (All of which can zip shut for security) are easily able to hold my very large phone. (6.5" screen on mine, one of the largest on the market.) She construction of the pants is very well done. Smooth seams with no loose threads or improper finishes give me the impression they should wear well for years to come. My only "issue" is a petty one...pants labeled as "hiking pants" normally have cargo pockets on the legs as well. These do not, but I wouldn't let that keep me from ordering these again for days when I don't NEED those extra pockets! ... show more
