I'm not sure if it's been 3 weeks or 4 weeks that I have had this waist trainer and in that time. I have gone from the beginning set of hooks to just today I am on the third set of hooks. Waiting for the next size down to come in the mail as of now. I definitely recommend this one it was comfortable it definitely made me sweat not like they show like rolling sweat but you definitely sweat off the extra weight around your waist and it really does help to have some kind of hot cream or some other kind of cream to put on your belly to help slim it as well when you're wearing your waist trainer.

I would follow the size chart. I should have ordered an 2xl but did a Large, I still like it. It’s obviously too tight since I didn’t follow it but it isn’t uncomfortable and I still fit in it so I’m not mad! I love it. I have not tried working out in it yet but I’m sure it will be good.

It’s actually really good ,the support is good the comfort is OK but the latches to the straps did break after a week or two I believe so that whole upper part just hangs I don’t really mind too much but I guess something to be mindful about
