Super warm! Very comfortable, even through my thick middle. :) It seems to be very well constructed, and I happen to be a seamstress so I’m really picky. I know a lot of people were complaining about the zipper, but I have had no problems with it at all. I like the way it unzips at the bottom if there’s pressure on it so it doesn’t pop the zipper. But it stays zipped when I’m standing up. The coat is very comfortable and the large fits me (5’3”; 170#) well in arm length, total length and across the shoulders. Also, the hood gathers at the chin with a drawstring and is completely removable by zipper, if desired. I would purchase this again if I needed it!

This was purchased for a Christmas present for my niece. She really liked the color. The hood works great for her since she works outside. The waist is a little smaller than expected. Easy to wash and dry. She does like to hang it to dry. the Material is quite thick and really keeps her warm.

Warm and comfy winter coat. The fur on the hood is detachable for washing. It zippers and buttons. Great deal on sale. It fits as expected and looks stylish. It's not too thin and not too puffy. Great for cold winters.

Update: Its -2 and coat is still working great. Have not had to use any layers under my coat, only my daily t-shirt. Zipper still going strong. A great coat. Been looking for a winter coat for a long time. I use my ac in the winter too, so when I say its cold, its really cold. This coat is perfect. I love the double zipper. Im 5' short and 200 lbs fat. I can pick up after my dog with out any tightness. The pockets are big. I have dog bags, inhaler, phone and thick gloves in the pocket with plenty more room. The coat is light weight, but still plenty warm. The hat ties under my chin when others tied between my chin and mouth. I do not have one bad thing to say about this coat. I usually buy an XXL, but bought a XXXL this time. Wanted plenty of room in case I needed layers. So far I havent. Its 24 degrees out and I walk my dog at night too and its even colder. Great coat.

Nice and fluffy. Really warm and cozy. The only problem I have is that it’s really difficult to get it zipped up. The zipper doesn’t stay in the bottom zipper.

I needed a warm coat quickly for a recent trip to Chicago. Weather forecasts projected very low temps and I knew we’d be spending time outside at night. I’m cold natured to begin with and wanted comfort, style and value at an affordable price point. I was truly surprised by how well this coat performed! I’m usually a size 4/small but ordered a medium so I could wear a couple of layers underneath. Perfect fit, not at all bulky! I got basic black because I seem to attract stains and need a forgiving color. I was a bit worried that the fabric might appear cheap but that wasn’t the case at all. I was also happy that there’s not a logo to be found anywhere! Other helpful features: the front has both a zipper and snaps, which are easy to maneuver. Pockets are deep and spacious. The hood is detachable and the inside is lined, providing additional warmth without making you look too puffy. I rarely ever write reviews but thought I’d offer my candid input since shopping can be daunting due to an infinity of choices.
