Firstly, I apologize for the awkward photos and dirty mirror. I was just so excited to post this review that I took them immediately after putting this poncho on. I went back and forth between a 4 or a 5 star rating. Honestly though, my only one real complaint is the size of the poncho and that might just be due to my own misinterpretation of the photos/what I wanted. It's a large, heavy product. If I ever order this product again, I'd probably get a size down. I ordered a size large, but it could have a better shape on my body type (5'7", 200lbs-ish) if I had ordered a medium, I think. But it looks exactly like the photos. Material, flow, color. It's super comfortable and warm, and I feel like I can wear it for a long period of time and not feel hot or itchy. And for the heaviness of it, it doesn't feel heavy on my body. Maybe 'durable' is a better description. It feels durable. Either way, I'm going to be wearing this for many more occasions than I originally expected. I had ordered it for a costume since it gets cold on Halloween in Iowa, but I'm definitely going to be using through the winter. But I'm also sitting on the couch typing this with it draped around my shoulders, so it's pretty versatile. Anyway. Off to order a medium of a different color.

This is by far one of my favorite Amazon purchases this past year. I’m not a huge winter coat person and this solved my problem for sure. The quality is amazing, super warm, looks extremely high quality. I get so many compliments on it….the only downside which would not deter me from ordering or recommending is that the fur is on a loop stitch and does get caught on lots of things….
