One of my most favorite skirts. It’s very stretchy and even though it’s short if you wear shorts underneath it’s still very comfortable and doesn’t rise up. I’m 5’5 141 lbs and got a medium. It’s a tiny bit lose at the waist but I always wear a chunky belt with it and it still looks hella cute.
