I usually go through about 2 pairs of work boots a year. I am on my 4th pair of these Wolverines. Of all of the boots I have tried, these are by far the most comfortable for MY feet. They are light, breathe well, provide great traction and support and are waterproof. They ARE less durable than some boots out there. You mileage may vary depending on the exact nature of your work. I stand/walk on hard surfaces at work for 9 hours a day. I'm 170 lbs 5'10", so don't need a wide toe. Out of the box these boots fit well, and took about 2 days to break in, which I thought was pretty good. Very comfortable, seem durable so far. No ventilation, so I use some foot powder & take insoles out every day after work to let boot air out. I need a waterproof boot with safety toe. Great traction sole, could use a thicker insole in my opinion, but my feet feel pretty good at the end of the work day, regardless. I would definitely buy these work boots again. Going on the 4th week wearing these for work. They have held up well so far. The inly issue I had was the boot lace hooks are a bit small for the laces that come in the boots.

I work in a stone mill and get reimbursed for boots once a year. These boots are amazing while they last. Not much longevity when pushed to their limits but an excellent pair of boots yearly. The only ones I will buy.

Take a while from them to break in. Foot gets hot when walking any distance. Good for a construction boot, not a moving boot. Otherwise good for a wolverine boot.
