I bought this mouse for work. It's doing its job just fine. I have 2 small complaints: 1. I wish it did a better job of letting me know that it was running low on battery. The mouse I use for my personal computer starts flashing red when it's running low so I know to plug it in. I have a little bit of time to notice it and plug in. With this mouse, I realize it's low on battery when it starts getting flaky about clicking things. Kind of awkward in meetings. 2. Based on the pictures I thought the little triangular spots where the RGB lighting shines through were flush with the black plastic body of the mouse. They're not. They're cutouts in the black plastic and there's a white plastic layer beneath that diffuses the RGB light. This means that gunk can get into these cutouts. Battery life is a little sad, I left it on overnight for a couple of nights and it died really quickly. My old mouse would be left on for weeks at a time and have plenty of charge. The left hand corner doesn't light up, so I will see if I can get a replacement quickly but otherwise it feels good and works fine ... show more

I love the colors. When you leave it for a minute or so the colors turn off :( the usb is in the bottom but the Bluetooth works as well. Very affordable and nice. The leds are not working in a part of the mouse but I only noticed that now so it’s fine.

    • Nice mouse - (Early Production Units) turn off/short battery
**NOTE** I got a mouse that was part of the early production runs, and BENGOO contacted me, has listened to this feedback and made corresponding improvements to address these issues, so I went from 3 to 4 stars. The mouse feels good mostly. Looks cool, and has a lot of nice features. The DPI adjustment and light adjustment buttons are nice. The back/forward side buttons are too in-the-way for me and I keep accidentally hitting them -- but that's just a personal preference. The real reason that I simply am not using this mouse anymore - it goes to sleep so soon and only wakes up with a click (not shake) and that wake-up click registers - so you don’t know where it is when it clicks. Also I had to charge it after only one day’s office use (no evening gaming) after a full charge. That simply won’t cut it for me. Plus the charging is not simultaneous with use. Oh well. If you don't use it a lot and don't mind charging it every day, it might work fine for you — it just doesn’t cut it for me ... show more

Bought this about 2 weeks ago and haven’t needed to charge it yet, i use it every day. Mine unfortunately came with a messed up light where one section of the mouse doesnt light up but its not that big of a deal because my hand covers it when I use it. Other than that it is a great product

It's a lightweight and colorful mouse, which I love!! What I hate is that the rollerball has a texture that irritates my fingertips so I'm going to have to return it. I don't know why companies keep putting texture on the rollers instead of leaving them smooth. It's also kinda large so it's not really ergonomic for me, and I have large hands for a woman. I haven't had the time to game in about a year so I can't speak to it for gaming but my complaints wouldn't let me keep it for gaming either way. ... show more

The lights will drain the battery if left on. But the mouse works just fine while plugged into the computer while charging.

    • Great wireless, but short battery life
I love that this is rechargeable through USB C, but if you leave it on instead of turning it off at night the battery will only last a day or two. Compared to other wireless mice I have that last months without being shutoff. I assume it is because of the lights, but maybe they could auto shot off after a couple of minutes. ... show more
