This training vest with weighted, metal plates are a game changer. I’d recommend going lower in weight when ordering. Adding both plates to the vest was a lot heavier than I expected. Training with one plate, I’ve been able to reduce my long distance run times greatly.

Absolutely love this.. I got the 14.5 weight but right now both are too much but it gives me something to grow into to. The vest fits amazing and love how adjustable it is. The plates were slightly damaged tho. Had chips and missing paint

The build quality of this weight is great it also maximizes functionality being able to change the weight based on needs. Highly suggest this vest and weight for cardio type workouts. Didn’t smell the weight not sure what others issues were

I use these in my Army issued plate carrier all the time for workouts and field exercises (Not live fire) and they are great weight and very durable. The only thing is that they do not fit well in the newest IOTV's and the edges are pretty sharp. I have owned them for almost a year, so they may have improved, but if they were slightly larger so they wouldn't bounce around, and if they were more rounded on all the edges they would be perfect. I bring up the rounded edges because they did put a very small tear in my armor when I went on a run with it on. I assume if you have a crossfit carrier or a smaller one they are a perfect fit.

I've got to say.I really appreciate this company and amazon. The snowstorm, somehow, my package got lost in that and they never did find it bot.When I asked for a replacement, they got it out to me within forty eight hours. And I do appreciate service like that. The product is as described though I wonder how long that rust proof coating is gonna last on the outside of it. Its really good combined with the ruck pack. My workout yesterday was great.. i'm going to get some different sizes of weights as well.And it will be from this company
