I ordered this mattress on a Friday night and it was on my doorstep Sunday morning! The directions for unfolding the mattress were very clear. It took me longer to remove the old mattress than it did to set this one up. I bought this mattress for my guest room so I decided to try it out and slept in the guest room for a couple of weeks. I slept great and woke up without any sore spots in my shoulders and hips. I also noticed that I slept cooler than I do on my regular mattress. I used to like a very firm mattress, but I find that the Wolf hits perfectly between being too firm or too squishy. It is thicker than my old mattress, but still fits the contour sheet well. When I went back to my room it was eye opening. I previously thought I had a good mattress in there, but it is clear that my current mattress is way below the comfort level of the Wolf mattress. I will be buying another one to go in my room so I can sleep as comfortably as my guests! The long history of the company and that this product is made in the USA are two more things that I like about this mattress. It’s an amazing value for the money. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new mattress should definitely purchase a Wolf.

We needed to upgrade my 3-year old from his converted crib/toddler bed to a big boy bed. Wolf came recommended to me from a friend, and after reading about the company, their history, and their product - I decided to buy him the 12" Full Size Hybrid. We bought it around the holidays, and it still arrived quickly - just a few days after Christmas. So that was a good start! The mattress was bagged and vacuum sealed so that it fit into a manageably sized box. I opened it up, and sitting on top was a nice instruction manual that gave me directions on how to unpack it and what to expect. It even had one of those openers included so that you could cut the bag/plastic without worrying about ripping the new mattress. I can't say enough good things about this mattress! First off, the comfort level is great. I of course laid down on it to test it out (after allowing it to "shape" after being in the bag) and thought that it felt really comfortable. It's supportive yet plush, striking a perfect balance for a great night's sleep. I'm actually a little jealous of my son (we may need to buy one for ourselves!). Seeing the excitement on my son's face when he saw his new bed was awesome too. He couldn't stop smiling and talking about his "big boy bed". He's been sleeping great on it and we can't say enough good things about his new Wolf mattress. 5 stars from me, and my 3-year old as well!

I've never had back pain sleeping before. Now, my back aches every time I wake up. I'm only giving Wolf two stars for great customer service. They gave me the mattress for free when I reported issues. On paper it's a good product - that's why I bought it - but the plush padding is a back killer and everything else is just meh.

Delivered and unboxed without issue. Allowed to assume proper shape without interrupting the inflation process. Slept on it when ready and really appreciated how comfortable it is. No odors either. Hope it lasts at least 10 years. Based on what I’ve observed, I recommend it.
