The media could not be loaded. Very happy with this little turntable. It's not the sturdiest or most expensive, but will be just perfect for an older lady who misses her music. As a child of the 70s I'm thrilled that vinyl has withstood the test of time. The sound and volume is good, the size is perfect and it's very retro looking. People complaining about the cracking and popping sounds apparently dont realize that 40 year old albums arent going to be blemish free. I have 2 brand new albums and hear no static, not popping or cracking. I didnt connect the Bluetooth as theres no reason for me to use it. Player is very much plug in and play. I'm wondering how many young ppl realize that the little disc on the player is for 45 speed records lolol. I bought this record player for some vinyl I inherited from my dad. I needed something simple to use that was not going to take up too much room, but that was going to help me enjoy the music that reminded me of my dad. I found this turntable moderately priced and even on sale. I liked the look of it and it came quickly. It is easy to use and it plays dad's records great. It's loud enough to fill my living room and the adjacent dining room and kitchen if needed. Additionally, it fits well with my décor. It has a classic, unassuming look and feel to it. I highly recommend this turntable for someone looking for a first record player or for occasional use. I don't know enough to say it if hooks it up to a grander system. ... show more

For years, I've had records hanging on my wall that were given to me by a dear family friend who passed from cancer. I never had the opportunity to listen to them until I purchased this record player. Although I had a minuscule amount of experience using a turntable as a child (records were mostly obsolete by the early 90s, but I had hand-me-downs from older cousins), I felt nervous about using one now. What if I scratched the vinyls? Would the sound on any of these Amazons units be adequate to enjoy my treasured Fleetwood Mac albums? Speaking of Amazon, there are so many choices on the website, so how would I know if I was picking the right player for my purposes? But worry no longer, me-from-the-past; me-from-the-present happily informs you that the record player from WOCKODER Store fits the bill. Easy to use, affordable, and wrapped up in a nice form factor, the player's great. Sure, it may not knock the pants off any well-heeled audiophile, but for me? This record player is a piece of junk. Very cheaply made. The on and off button is also the volume button.? How could that ever be a good idea? I would have never ordered this had I known how cheap this is. The lowest volume setting is very loud and there is no volume control whatsoever. Decided to give this a shot although it was about half the cost of the last record player we owned (Victrola "suitcase", died shortly, repair not worth the cost). After a few months, I am happy to say I have no regrets - especially for the price - this is what the doctor ordered. The unit displays nicely. I was pleasantly surprised with the finish quality and didn't hesitate to have it in our living area through holiday gatherings. We even repurposed some wood furniture as a stand and record holder. The transparent/translucent lid is especially nice to protect critical parts and spinning records from dust, children, pets, etc. while still allowing a view of the inner workings and vinyl art. There is practically no setup required. Bluetooth connected easily - though I don't see much use for it. Decent enough retro sound from the built-in speaker(s) and provides enough volume for most rooms I can imagine. Sometimes when we don't have guests we like to turn it up a notch and channel the signal through an amplifier and bookshelf speakers , which is simply facilitated by the RCA stereo outputs in the rear. ... show more

Was worried about the quality with the price being so low, but it is great! It actually plays pretty loud and love the crackling of the records, makes it sound so authentic. Size is good too, not to big, fits perfectly in our tv stand. Easy to set up.
