Great sizes. For reference my kids are 140lbs each. So finding beds has been difficult. Came across these and am I grateful. Purchased two of these, one for each, and they took to them immediately. The side bolsters are firm enough for them to act as pillows. The bed themselves seem thick and firm enough so far. As for them holding up is yet to be seen. So I can’t speak for that. But first impressions are great. If you have extra large dogs and have difficult finding them beds in you local pet store. Try these they come in different sizes too. I just received this xxxl dog bed. The large insert mattress has a plastic zippered cover which protect it from any liquids. The cover fits great in a chocolate brown with nice puffed out bolsters on all 4 sides. The entire cover is washable though that is yet to be seen. I have 2 male boxers, 10 yrs. & 2 yrs. My 10 yr old is on a lot of meds. and is not sure footed. He can lay on this bed with room to get up without sliding on my wood floor. I found them laying together nicely. ... show more

This dog bed is great! It is the biggest one I could find for my two labs. It is soft, looks great, and has a thick boarder that keeps them from falling off. I have had trouble in the past with them shredding their beds but this one is very durable. I have even bought another for a different room!

This is an excellent dog bed. However, in my home; it serves not only as a dog bed but a cat and even a chicken bed. It is so large and cushion, I may try it out myself. It puffed up as soon as it came out of the package. Within two days time, disaster struck with cat vomit. I was able to unzip the covering and remove it from the main foam pad. I was concerned however, because there is a ring of foam that cannot be removed. I was concerned that it would not fit in my washer or break it. It fit and it has not yet broken my washer. I have a front loader. I also put the washer on the extra spin setting to get out as much of the water as possible. I do not put in dryer. I hang it over my curtain rod and it is dry the next day. 8-12 hours It is easy to re-install the large foam pad and the zipper has continued to close easily. I have had to wash it twice so far. Comes super compressed - looks small at first. But within a couple hours it expands to the size it should be. The dogs love it. Plenty big enough for our dogs 75 and 85 pounds without taking up too much space.
