This is the second bidet that I've installed in my house. I've been using a BB Slim One since 2018, so it took me a while to get used to the operation of this bidet. After comparing the features of each, I think that this one is superior for my lifestyle. Admittedly, I was concerned when I first took this out of the box because the piece connecting the water to the bidet is very thin and doesn't screw in like my last one (you push it in to secure it) but everything has worked well for the last 3 weeks, and I haven't experienced any leaks. The power cable is very short--I'm thinking less than 3 feet, but it still worked for me because I had a GFCI outlet installed near my commode a few years ago. My old one doesn't have a built-in dryer, so this was a treat for me. The dryer works well but it does add time to the entire bathroom use process. One more thing to note, I couldn't find anything to the contrary the instructions, so I think this bidet has a built-in water reservoir that maintains heated water versus an on-demand one. This would explain why the water temperature is more consistent when dispensed unlike my Slim One. This, of course, uses more electricity but there is an option to turn the entire bidet off when not in use at night. This is pretty good product. The Good: - Has a remote - Has manual controls in case the remote fails - Has a replaceable water filter - Water inlet tube can be trimmed with scissors - Can be turned off at night to save energy - Displays the water and seat temperature - Has a built-in dryer The Bad: - No self-cleaning cycle - Built-in dryer extends the entire bathroom process - No energy saving mode (But can be completely turned off to save energy) ... show more

This is not my first bidet, but my first time installing one myself. The box containing the bidet is wrapped in plastic, so it is easy to tell if you get a returned one or something. The directions included are a bit Engrishy. I recommend looking up an install video, they seem to all have the same basic steps. You'll likely need a screwdriver and a wrench. The instructions here indicated the T adapter needed to connect to the wall, but it should really connect to the toilet end of things. I nearly drove to the store for some kind of adapter before researching it online the proper way to install. The bidet is slow to work, takes about 10 seconds from pressing the button before water comes out. The first second is a little cold, but then it is the desired warm temperature. If you're a bigger individual, this may not be as comfortable of a seat since a big chunk of the rear real estate is taken up by the bidet functions and the top display (which I'm not really what it even does). Fair warning that this does use a lot of power as my lights will flicker when this is running. The power cord is quite short, I had to use an extension cord to reach an outlet. For the regular price, I would probably opt to wait for one of the name brand models to go sale to be very close to that. If there is a sale or coupon on WLJBIDET then it might be worth getting for the savings. ... show more

****UPDATE**** The seller contacted me to help with my concerns, light flashing and apparently when I set this up LOL I did it kinda wrong; you want to make sure water is on FIRST let it sit for about 5 minutes and THEN turn on the power. The Bidet is AMAZING I am going to pick up another for our other bathroom in the house. They also advised me the water cord can be shortened to fit your toilet and the power cord should be 60 inches, which would have been long enough for mine, sadly the cord I got was 35 inches, something they were unaware of but they said thank you for letting them know they would absolutely have this corrected at the manufacturing plant. I've bumped them to 5 stars because between how amazing this bidet is and how great the customer service was it is truly earned. This was fairly easy to install, I love the remote which I have mounted next to the toilet. Everything work well but I do have 2 negatives which is why I gave this 3 stars and not 5. The cord for the water is really long while the power cord is extremely short, should be the other way around, I had to get an extension cord to plug it in. And the other negative, the light in the bowl won't turn off or on it just flashes so now I have like a rave party going on at all times in the bathroom. I have pressed the 'light" button and it does nothing to change this. Everything else however seems to work just great. ... show more

I've been using mechanical bidet for over 6 years, now I got this because it has hot water and heated seat, but mine since was mechanical didn't have hot water. Heated seat is very helpful during winter because automatically warms up the seat. Also, now I always have hot water ready on this unit. Washing valve has a good Pressure and washes very well. One thing I want to tell you about this unit is when testing the smart toilet bidet for the first time after installation, please make sure to open the water supply valve first and then power it on. If the blue light keeps flashing, please unplug the plug for 30 seconds, turn on the water source, and then connect the power to restore normal operation. Highly recommended ... show more
